The Oasis of Orange Beach, formally named Phoenix West II Unit 2213 - Enjoy the 2,275 sq foot condo 4 bedroom 4 bath. This unit is located on the 22nd floor. Master Bedroom - King size bed 2nd Bedroom - King size bed 3rd Bedroom - 2 Queen size beds 4th Bedroom - Area is not enclosed. This area is a separate area in Condo that has twin bunk beds. Also there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have cable and Smart flatscreen TVs. This unit faces north with glorious views of the national park and limited views of the ocean and beach, as seen in pictures. The Oasis of Orange Beach makes sure your stay is enjoyable. During the off season the main floor is set up for a large assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books. They also set up events such as movie nights, devotions, and many more events to keep the guest entertained. Other attractions to enjoy onsite - the beach, large indoor heated pool, fitness room, sauna, your choice of 6 hot tubs, putting green, adult pool, bar & grill, self grilling area, pickleball, and tennis courts. *bar & grill/adult pool will not open until 6/1/24. Within walking distance of the state park trails, various restaurants and shopping. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, high chair, Pack and Play, kids toy box and toys, PlayStation 4 with games, Approx 50 DVDs, and various card and board games. Parking: When you arrive please stop at the front desk on the 2nd floor to purchase your parking pass. It is a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes. We do have overflow parking which is typically used for the 3rd vehicle, however space is still limited. Should you wish to bring an extra vehicle, then you will have to find a public parking spot off-site to park at your own risk. Security and staff onsite. Management and Maintenance company local and on call 24/7 to assist as needed.

This property is exactly how it is described. The property manager is wonderful and excellent in communications. The property manager had a ton of information that was sent on other options to help our stay be at ease (party planners, grocery delivery, baby equipment rental, etc). I would recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Orange Beach.

We love Phoenix West II condos. We've styaed there multiple times. This is the first time though that we've stayed in a condo on the bayside. We didn't know what to expect but it was a wonderful surprise. This condo was amazing. It has great size and space. Wonderful furnishings. Great views. The owner was an amazing gentleman who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time. This is a must stay condo!

Was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and in working order. The proximity to the beach and the amenities were great for our kiddos. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops, less than 1 mile. (have to cross busy road, but there are crosswalks)

The condo is great. Comfy beds, clean everything. Owner was incredibly responsive and checked I. To make sure we had everything we needed. He even sent a handyman over when we discovered one of the pocket doors didn't completely close. Views from the lanai are spectacular even though it's on the backside of the building as there is nothing blocking the view. There is also some view of the ocean from the side as well. Only downside of this condo is the incredible hugeness of this building and the wait times for the elevators. Don't try and use elevators during peak time or you'll be waiting forever. I highly recommend this condo and will be booking it again.

The condo was big enough for all 11 of us to have a bed which was nice. It offered all the necessities we needed, even came with a pack and play and high chair for my daughter. We were not aware that everyone would have to wear wristbands and the parking was a little complicated as you are only allowed to 2 parking spots (in which you have to pay $45/ea for, not included in your rental price). The floors in the condo were not the cleanest, the toilet paper is super cheap, and the beds all squeak pretty bad with any slight movement. Communication with the host was thorough and easy. The lazy river and beach access is perfect for kiddos. Elevator wait can be a little long and hectic on the weekends. Decent place to stay but is lacking a little love in some places.

Rich's property was convenient, beautiful, and perfect for our group. It had restrooms in every room, plus a hallway restroom. It was right off the beach so it was super convenient. You could walk to restaura if you choose. Just make sure to take your o own beach towels, seasonings, and extra toilet paper. Overall, it was a great space for 3 small families!

Very spacious condo with all you will need for an extended stay. The heated pool and multiple hot tubs were great. We had a couple days that were in the 70’s and sunny for beach activities. Lots of time was spent walking the shore looking for shells. Some great ones found. We explored Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores all the way to Fort Walton/Destin while we stayed for the month of January. Lots to do but call ahead many local places are closed til March. The white sandy beach was great. The outdoor pool & lazy river would be great on hotter days. Rainy days we enjoyed the TV/movies, pool and hot tubs. Theatre at the Wharf next to the Farris wheel which you can see from the balcony at night. We liked that our balcony was blocked from the cooler ocean wind but we still had a view of the ocean. We visited with our son who is at the Navy base. Might of been a bit far for as many trips we took back and forth. We were able to accommodate family that joined us for short stays. They were able to get $35 parking passes and free write bands from the lobby. It all worked out so nice, the owner was very easy to reach by text. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Unit was nice and spacious so the 10 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location is perfect and so convenient to be right on the beach. We encountered a couple issues but the owner was quickly responsive and great about it. The only negative was the wait for the elevators at peak times. Other than that, we had a great week and look forward to returning next year.

This was our first time in Orange Beach and we loved it! Two families traveling together so four adults, two teenagers and two children. There was something for everyone to do on property. Everything was very well-maintained and safe. Rich was so easy to communicate with! Description is exactly what we walked into!!

Very clean. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all the dishes, cookware and appliances anyone would need. I particularly enjoyed the lazy river! We would use this unit again.

We have been going to orange beach/Gulf shores every year for over 40 years. We loved the condo and the owner could not Have been easier to work with. Our check in/check out was the smoothest and quick ever. The elevator situation at Phoenix west 2 is tough but not unexpected with the large crowds. Certainly not the fault of the condo owner! Just one of those things you have to work around!

Our condo was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was good he best we have been to in the Orange Beach area. Beach access, indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, large workout rooms, and parking were a great addition. We enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.

The property was as described and the layout was perfect for large groups. The owner was responsive to texts and accommodating for the part of our group that arrived early. The negatives really had nothing to do with the condo. The building was very large and, since this was spring break week, the building elevators and the beach were both very crowded. It was difficult to find a cart for check in and then there was an extensive wait for an elevator because so many people were checking in at the same time. It was similar to being on a large cruise ship with lines for everything.

We had a fantastic week staying at the Phoenix West 2 property in Rich’s Condo. Rich was very responsive and great to work with! Condo was spacious and has great amenities! I would recommend this stay to all looking for a nice place right on the Gulf! Location is great!

The property was even better than the pictures. The on site amenities were enough to keep the family busy. The weather was 70 degrees and still warm enough to be on the beach and even the outdoor pool at times. We loved the outdoor grill area and cooked out often. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and the owner was awesome! He had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues but if we had, I would have felt totally comfortable asking. He even gave some great dining recommendations!
