Location

I arrived at 10:51 PM. There was no one else waiting to check in yet it took over 20 minutes. When I got to my room, there were no towels at all in my room. Last, the coffee maker and cups were in the bathroom so when the toilet flushes with the lid open, water and potentially bacteria from the toilet may become aerosolized.

Hotel is nice but needs a few upgrades.

Good breakfast. Nice front desk personnel.

The bathtub had mildew around the edges. which could be cleaned with bleach. the shower head was rusted and spewed water everywhere. beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t even know they made spring mattresses anymore.

Comfortable and quiet

I liked that the facility was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of things that seemed stained throughout the room. It was clean, but there were some spots on the sheets and the lampshade. Also, the ceiling in the pool room needs a little repair.

Clean and comfortable, but managed by fun police, and a little expensive for the amenities.

The facility is clean and comfortable.

A group of about 12 people who gathered in the breakfast area at 8:00 pm was told we could not stay there because the rooms above us could hear us talking. We were moved to a conference room and told we could stay until 11:00 pm, but were asked to leave at 10:30 so they could clean the room (we did not mess it up - just had drinks around the table). We were not a very loud group, and we certainly did not do any damage (professional people with an average age of about 55). Adults should not be treated like naughty children when they are simply enjoying pleasant conversation after a busy day. If the acoustics are so bad that guests can hear what's being said in common areas, something is wrong.

We will stay here again, great place and exceptional staff.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. They even refunded us a nights stay when we had to check out a night early (even it being after 8pm) due to inclement weather and the roads getting shut down in preparation for winter weather!

The staff was wonderful as was the room and the free breakfast.

It was extremely hard to find the hotel drive entrance with no sign on the road and no lights.

Very good

The room was clean, the bed was great! We requested a playpen for the baby so they had already put it in our room by the time we got there. So that was a plus!! Also the bathroom was spacious. This location was a little out of the way but we didn't mind since the room was so nice.

We spent two nights here. We ordered pizza the first night and left it on top of the counter while we went to run an errand. We came back to fund the food covered in ants! It was our fault for leaving it out but there shouldn't have been ants to begin with...

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The breakfast included several nice choices. The dining area was very clean. We could social distance and the staff disinfected the area where the food was served and tables where we ate. The staff was very friendly.

We did not receive clean towels after our first night. We made do but I like maid service each day.

Clean and comfortable. Good value. Friendly staff. Great location, the two highways that the property sat off of made it dry easy to visit our family in the area.

Housekeeping skipped our room two out of the four days we were staying there. New Towels weren’t left until after 4th night (stayed 5 nights). Didn’t get coffee setup refilled after first night.

The service was nice & the beds were comfy and clean!!

The breakfast. The variety was very minimal and it was a let down. I was ready to have some waffles and eggs but instead I was left with a microwaveable sandwich.
