Not value for money. No professional service! Too small.

Amenities near by.

Our stay ended on a very disappointing note due to the complete failure of the hot water system on our final day. We immediately contacted the host, who initially communicated in a very personal way, saying things such as, “I’ll ask my cousin to check it,” and “We’re away on holiday but will try to send someone.” This gave us the impression that we were dealing directly with the owner. Only later did it become apparent that the apartment was actually being managed by a company on behalf of the owner. The boiler was inspected, and we were informed that it had failed completely and would need to be replaced, meaning there would be no hot water until after our departure. This was a major inconvenience. We were travelling home the following day and, in the middle of summer with high humidity, needed to shower before going out and again before our journey. As we were travelling with two young children, we had to boil water in a kettle just to make the shower water bearable. Without mixing in the boiled water, the shower was freezing cold. A functioning hot water system is a basic amenity that every guest should be able to rely on. Initially, the only compensation offered was a complimentary airport transfer, despite the management already knowing that we had our own car, making the offer of no practical value. Only after I explained why this was not an appropriate solution and raised the issue based on accepted hospitality standards was a €100 compensation offered. While I appreciate that this was eventually done, I believe it should have been offered immediately rather than only after lengthy discussions. The apartment itself may be nice, but professional property management is about more than the property—it is about taking responsibility when essential services fail. Unfortunately, the handling of this situation fell well below the standard I would expect from a professional accommodation provider, and for that reason I cannot recommend staying here.

Family trip to Dubrovnik

The beautiful apartment has everything you need to self cater and has modern appliances. A nice courtyard for our kids to play in, 15 minute walk to old town, and easy to get into parking space were the highlights.

Beautiful!

Great location! Walking to old town within minutes. We were able to park our car in site. Our dog was welcome. The outside seating area is so nice and shady! Washer works great, too! Check in and out was easy and convenient!

Nothing.

Updated, clean, and cool apartment close to everything you want in Dubrovnik.

This apartment was beautiful, cool, clean. Nikolina was very responsive. She even provided laundry detergent. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
