Good continental included breakfast, good location, comfy room and bed. Good having off street parking
Shower could have had more water pressure

The location is great close to shops and the hospital.
It's very small and old needs renovating and better breakfast options.

It was clean and good for a quick stay. Facilities were pretty good.
Close to location needed.
Staff were wonderful, even though communication was brief.
Carpet is nice and new.
Parking was a bit tight. Luckily we got in later and just used the public parking across the road.
Few maintenance things, like the fan in the bathroom had lost its cover.

Value for money and customer service. Check in was very smooth and the staff lady was incredibly helpful. She answered all questions I had and even changed my room as I had called earlier asking if the rooms had a microwave. The room was changed without my knowledge to include one and I greatly appreciated that. Parking is free on site though there aren't many spaces and no security cameras. Breakfast was included but left early so did not get to review. Air con is also very good in the room, it was 40 degrees outside and the second I walked into the room I cooled down. Good experience overall just wish that light turned off at night.
No free netflix. No hand wash soap in bathroom. The light outside door number 6 wouldn't turn off at night and the blinds don't close fully so we couldn't sleep. Also, other guests having bookings tried to get into my room at night twice due to the staff booking the same room for multiple people, this was not pleasant and could have ended badly.

Well, the sheets and bathroom were clean.
The first red flag is the paper you have to sign agreeing to all these restrictions and possible fees. Information that is NOT disclosed through the booking app.
There is no drinking water available in the facilities to refill a bottle, you have to purchase one instead.
The ‘shared kitchen’ is the one from the cafe that only opens from 7 till 9 am, if you want to use it you basically have to ask for permission, and reception does not seem happy to help with that.
There are no outlets next to the bedside tables.
The so claim sound-proof windows were not that sound-proof, you could clearly hear the noise of cars.
They advertise a breakfast buffet. It is underwhelming to see flies everywhere and a small box with sliced bread, two boxes of cheap cereal, no hot food available, it seems to me they lay out things people barely eat.

Good location, clean, parking.
All was good

Location
We got a basement room, not very happy about that, but i guess it has to do with seasonal availabilities

We choose this hotel because it was advertised as having free parking. There were not enough car parks. We had booked 2 rooms and had only 1 car and still couldn’t get a park on the first 2 nights. There was no free parking within atleast 1km between 8am and 6pm. Also, there was not a towel rail or hook in any of the rooms for the wet towels.
See above. I should of written my experience in this box.

The location was good. About 40-45 minutes from centre on public transport.
The breakfast was standard but a good addition.
It didn’t seem very clean. Our fridge was mouldy upon arrival and we had to ask staff to clean it.
Staff did not clean the room unless you asked at reception.
The rooms are very dated and the walls are very thin, we felt as if we were constantly trying to be quiet.

The receptionist was polite and affable. The location was decent.
Did not have breakfast as the breakfast times was too early, room and bathroom smelled of very strong chlorine. The carpark layout was incredibly annoying to get in and out of when full, the bathroom door did not have a lock, required a substantial amount of force to open and close, the shower had mold and was dirty, the sink’s tap handle ripped off when I went to wash my hands. Found one of the pillow cases were dirty upon checking in, the bedside and behind the bed was dusty and numerous cups had ambiguous stains on them. Alot of aspects of the room was also diagonal for some reason? In one of the two rooms we booked out for the night, upon checking in and unlocking the door we immediately slam the door into the table, which is just an incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate interior design as the door could only open about a third of the way. There were multiple random incline steps in the hallway that almost caused an injury on numerous occasions as well. The air conditioner would’ve been satisfactory had it not randomly changed temperatures throughout the night.

Not much, close enough to walk to train station. Didn't have to pay for parking if you got a space early. Then needed a 10 point turn to get out.
The room for a Superior Queen was small. The air con was like a helicopter, so slept with windows open, then had the a/c noise from the room across.
Light came through sides of curtain from car park.
In the shower standing sides way's I had approx 5 cm either side before hitting the wall and shower screen.

The hotel is fine, affordable prices, and not far from the center - 15min with taxi, 25 min. with bus is 25 min. The room is big enough, the cleanliness is ok.
Of the dishes, we had 3 cups, 3 saucers, 1 knife and only 1 teaspoon (we missed that). On breakfast it's bad that rarely anyone comes, the milk was only in the fridge, and we needed it warm for the child, so we had to go to the room to heat the milk. 2 mornings before us, the guests used up a full milk, only a light milk was left, they also picked up all the apples, so we had no choice. There are no people to refill it when it is used up, and it was already used up around 8:30 a.m., breakfast lasts until 9:30 a.m.

The location is not bad if you're doing business in the north shore.
The hotel it's old and in a traffic environment.
For the money you pay ,you're expecting a bit more

Breakfast was great
No parking

Breakfast was nice. Suitable selection of cereals and toast.
Parking was a bit hit and miss. Not enough for all rooms to have one park each. Had to park around the corner on the street which is obviously risky and not ideal.

Location is close to train and RNS hospital. Moccona coffee satchels. Staff are friendly.
The room was dirty, with grime on shower tiles. The bed looked sunken and higher on one side so I did expect to roll down across to my partner but it was ok, could have been worse. Power points are inconveniently place so boiled the kettle on the floor. I thought I had booked hotel st leonards which is the brick building out front - perhaps it may have been better ?? but the Hotel greenwich is the fibro building built over carpark out back - think boarding house. They are both the same motel. The carpark is there but nothing larger than small SUV can fit.

Comfortable bed
Parking
What a pain. The existing parking for about 5 cars was full
Had to travel around the block to park at hotel urban from the time we pulled up at reception to when we got into our room was 45 minutes
Needed to park for parking at hotel Urban $20 and needed a receipt to be reimbursed by hotel St leonards
Hotel urban has new owners and not sure how long they will do this as they are getting busier and will need all there own parking space

Breakfast was perfect. Facility was lacking in space but was set up in a good way.
I was in room 6.Out side Lighting was an issue.
The outside light was on all night and the bill board with 2 lit up signs where on all night.
The curtains in the room where thin sheets not heavy block out, which would have solved the problem.
If I stay there again I will ask for another room other than number 6.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet, a jewel of a stay minutes from the city. Will book again next visit.
All good.

Didn’t use it.
Noise level, but mainly street noise and people in adjoining rooms.
