Decoration.
WiFi did not work, some wear and tear needing attention, bathroom needed cleaning. Surrounding area seemed a bit rough with a number of people hanging around causing us some anxiety.

The room was beautiful. It was close to the train station but still very walkable for other points of interest
The air condition unit in our room
1 vibrated a lot and it was very noisy. Also there is no signage on the outside to let you know you have arrived

Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. As we arrived in Bologna before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there earlier, which made our day much easier.
The accommodation itself has a lovely, unique atmosphere – romantic, cosy and slightly bohemian, with a very authentic Italian charm. It has character and personality, which made the stay feel much more special than a typical hotel. We really enjoyed our time there.

Jaccuzie was absolutely disgusting! Didn’t had a cleaning run for I don’t know how long. Had to jump out off the bath so quickly when we turned it on. As it smelled like toilets/sewage water going trough. Don’t use the Jaccuzie!!!
