Very friendly welcome and a great location - 2 minutes to bus route to old city, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Host washed dishes for us and gave us homemade cake and rakija. We felt very welcome.
Reception area / communal hallway had strong cigarette smell; sink very small (but host did wash dishes for us!)

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und auch sonst war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft: Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar selbst gekochtes Essen gebracht und zusätzlich Eis am Stiel für uns in den Kühlschrank gelegt – so aufmerksam und liebevoll! Auch Kaffee und Tee standen zur Verfügung und sogar frisches Obst war vorhanden.
Es gab ausreichend Geschirr sowie eine Herdplatte, sodass man sich problemlos etwas zu essen zubereiten konnte. Da es keine Möglichkeit gab, selbst abzuwaschen, hat die Gastgeberin sogar jeden Tag für uns das Geschirr abgewaschen. Ein Service, den wir so noch nie erlebt haben und der wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist!
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Altstadt von Dubrovnik kann man bequem mit dem Bus erreichen oder alternativ in etwa 4 km zu Fuß gehen.
Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Die Kombination aus Sauberkeit, guter Lage und vor allem der außergewöhnlichen Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
Wenn wir wieder nach Dubrovnik kommen, würden wir dieses Zimmer ohne jede Frage wieder buchen! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung und definitiv 5 Sterne!

Owner is super friendly and welcome guests with home made soup. Location is just few steps to sunset beach.
The room is somehow dingy. Although is overall clean the atmosphere And feeling is somehow weird.
