We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, bright and sunny and comfortable. Quiet street walkable to shops and restaurants. Good internet. Good security. Nicely furnished.

Very nice unit with all the amenities including Youtube TV to watch football. The kitchen was very well equipped. Only one bathroom, but that was not a problem for three or four people. We walked to the beach and restaurants every day. Garage parking spot was a plus.

Perfect in every way for us. Location handy for the LA locations we wanted to go. Neat accommodations-very comfortable. Deborah’s restaurant recommendations spot on/very helpful. Santa Monica very safe/friendly/this home is walking distance to many of the restaurants. Neighborhood nice for walks-peaceful setting. Host very accommodating/gracious. We left an item behind/Deborah arranged for shipment to us. Highly recommend her property.

Lovely clean modern feel, wonderful quiet neighborhood. We stayed in this home in spring 2023 with my folks and had a great experience. We had them stay on the main level so they had easy access to the bathroom and living area, we stayed up the spiral stairs on the second level that is open to below snd loved our space too.

A great place to stay in Santa Monica. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants, groceries and shopping. The Loft House was perfect and had everything we needed for a one week visit. Owner was super communicative for both check in and out. We will definitely be back!

This place is great! We loved the location, near lots of lovely options for food and close to the beach. It's also close to the I-10 without being in earshot. When the windows were open, I could hear birds, not traffic. Deborah was helpful in the few instances we needed some assistance, but otherwise let us have our privacy. We had a fabulous restful time in LA.

Second time staying in The Loft House! It is in a great location, within walking distance to our daughter's home, not too mention great little coffee shops, dining and groceries. Always have a lovely visit and plan on being a " three-peater".

Really enjoyed our stay at Deborah’s place. Such a cool layout, plenty of windows, plenty of kitchens supplies as we ate all of our breakfast and dinners at the loft. Very comfortable after a day of touring LA and surrounding area. Especially liked the garage - seemed like a very safe neighbourhood but great to have a guaranteed parking spot for our rental car. Great enjghbiurhood as well.

This was a very comfortable and clean space. It was equipped with all the right things for a comfortable stay! The property is close to the major highways, providing easy access to everything the LA area had to offer, and very close to the beach area. The garage works great for keeping your car off the street. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

This is a lovely bright home away from home. The beds are very comfortable which is important to us! Love that there is a garage because street parking is often hard to find. The property is safe with coded gate access then a key entry.

Many thanks to Deborah for an excellent stay. I rented this unit out for about 3 weeks as I worked in LA. The location was excellent, as was the parking garage underneath the unit. The unit itself was clean, spacious and had great natural light. Deborah was very friendly and always replied quickly to any questions I had. I'd stay here again for sure.

place was very clean and nice. Open floor plan which was nice and a garage spot to park. Good place, probably not repeat it. Very very light in the mornings, no ability to keep it even somewhat dark. Noisey dog nearby. If the sun doesn't wake you the dog will and a fountain nearby

We really loved the place. Lots of light. Lots of close by restaurants (binder full of suggestions, plus a short list). 15 minute walk up and down hills to the ocean. Host was very responsive and friendly. The beach amenities were a nice touch, too.

Had a lovely stay at this Santa Monica gem. We were a wedding party of 4 bridesmaids. We wanted to stay close to the bride’s home but still able to walk to the beach. This was the perfect location for our 3 night stay. The Loft was cozy and comfortable and very clean. The beds were were very comfortable. I like a not too soft and no too firm bed. It was just right. It has everything we needed. The shower was awesome too. We never had a shortage of hot water. Short walk to Mel’s Drive in Diner and from other conveniences and attractions. Owners were super friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than planned and they allowed us to Check in an hour or 2 earlier. Off street parking included was an added plus! Thank You for a nice stay.

Very clean apartment, well supplied and comfortable. Walking distance from the beach. Private parking is protected by a fence which is also a good thing. The only thing we might have wanted to know beforehand is that it is located right on a very busy street behind a liquor store and close to many bars. At night, the neighbourhood fills up with drunk people in their 20's and it can get a bit loud. We didn't hear it that much from inside the apartment but we had to keep the windows closed. AC and ceiling fans kept us cool. We still recommend this apartment but we think it is good to know about the neighbourhood because it might not be for everyone.

The guesthouse is private, well furnished and beautifully decorated. It is especially nice to have a garage/off street parking! The location is central to everything Santa Monica has to offer (and super easy freeway access if you're exploring the whole LA area). The only issue was that there was no dishwasher detergent and only 1 laundry pod left, and our stay was only 2 nights so this didn't get resolved before we left. Overall a great stay.

Three of us visited over the holiday weekend visiting our son in Hollywood. The location was perfect between Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice Beaches. Garage parking and balcony patio were awesome! Very clean and friendly.

Deborah met us at the property at the date of check in and was available by phone if we needed any assistance. She had beach chairs, towels and a Bach bag ready for us if we needed it. The apartment is in a great location. It is located right in the middle of Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach Boardwalk and down the block from a Chil-fil-a. Parking in the garage available as street parking was permit parking only. The apartment was very clean and thorough instructions were provided on how to operate the television and ac units. The apartment was very clean and a new sponge, dish soap, dove sensitive skin bath soap and nexus shampoo and conditioner were available for us to use. Deborah prepared a list of restaurant recommendations and a whole binder on her recommendations as well. The apartment was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Deborah!
