Manager was sometimes profession but other times she could be very condescending and rude t to guest

I wasn't aware that there was a breakfast. Upon arrival/checking in I was given Key to 1st room. When I opened door it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty dishes in sink and bed didn't have any sheets or blanket but there was 1 pillow. The toilet either hadn't been flushed or was broke because there was fecal matter in the bowl. The 2nd room was pretty much the same condition but with one huge exception. That was that the toilet was physically next to dresser. There wasn't a toilet in the bathroom.. The 3rd room had no bedding food 8n refrigerator and bathroom disgusting Finally the 4th room was sort of cleaned had all bedding and toilet was 8n bathroom. As I planned on staying a while I felt need to thoughtfully clean the room from top to bottom. After 4 hours the room was sparling clean with floor that was no longer muddy.

I like that the staff changed the room with no issues.

The first room the sheets was dirty. The second too. The air conditioning didn’t work. The phone inside the room didn’t work. Finally the outlets in the room didn’t work. I just changed hotels

The room was a kitchenette, had big bathroom, ac worked, the late night front desk agent was friendly and helpful (gave great directions)

The tub needs replaced in the room we stayed in (112), the beds weren't very comfortable, bathroom had towels no wash cloths for shower

You need transport to go somewhere for food.

We were on the top floor. Parking was good. Staff were very busy but helpful.

Not everyone drinks coffee. There was a kitchenette but no pots. The coffee maker didn’t seem to work very well. You had to pay for wi-if which was incredibly annoying for us.

Good location. Quiet. Felt safe.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. There was a 1/2in of dust on top of fridge, cabinets. Floors were sticky. This hotel allows pets. Furniture is well worn, needs upgraded.

Next door was ranting/yelling. Police were involved. Second night, still the doors banging, walls banging. The guy was yelling. I spoke to the lady upfront, she was no help. I needed new towels & more toilet paper. She asked for other peoples names in MY room, first before I could receive anything. 700$+ , I received this treatment. I had to get a family member for protection, because I felt unsafe, with the guy yelling and banging on the doors. Then asking me who's in my room. I'm a traveling NA. Give a little respect to us too...we don't know where we're being set up at. We come into these hotels, not expecting these negative accommodations, feeling unsafe. Unfortunately we have to be.

T.V. was at least modern...

Everything... Reserved a two bed room, but got stuck with a one bed. Floor was dirty, room smelt, bathroom lock was broken and furniture was dirty. Not staying here again...

room unsanitary for my 1year old daughter hairs all over floor requested a room change staff was unprofessional denied my request .. even after telling them about the bad smell in room and hairs all over floor.. suspicious activities in the surrounding room .. felt unsafe .. nightmare of experience.. decided to call customer service to cancel my stay they advised me to leave room and wait for an email with my refund on rooms .. currently waiting for email and refund

Exactly as expected, just not for WM Open weekend prices.

Decent location.

Roaches. Many of them. Sink was clogged and slowly drained but onto the floor and had to use a waste bucket to catch it all. Shower was gross. Blaring music from the parking lot at all hours.

Greatly appreciated

They are usually good to me. I like the early check in's. It has helped when I really needed it but I don't think i should pay for it. If the room is ready then why not just let me in it ya know.

I always have to clean my room. Never fails. It is very dirty every time i come. I really wish they'd do better and they are extemely(housekeeping) so loud.Not all housekeeping just the few I've dealt with. Sounds like they are coming through the walls. I think for the amount of times I've stayed here in the last 5 months I definitely deserve like a week or two comped. I dump serious money to stay here and I never complain. I leave my room cleaner then when I got it. Their is never all the light bulbs in the fixtures. The prices. They are way too high and especially for this establishment. However I am super greatful for them as in my time of need and worst point in my life they've been their for me.

Disappointed for $100.

The staff was wonderful at check-in and very friendly. They were also very helpful when I asked a question. The room was clean but very dated.

We requested a queen non-smoking room. There were visible signs of smokers in the room, burns in the floor and on the furniture from cigarette holes, the room stunk like cigars. The bed was supposed to be a queen bed, and it was a double bed and quite uncomfortable. Lots of trash around the outside of the property and there were a bunch of drywall screws dumped in the parking lot right beside my car where I parked. Also had issues with the wifi, they advertise wifi, but it kept knocking me off, and then it would want you to put in a pre-paid card. I went up to the front desk and asked about it but they said all the pre-paid cards they had were expired and that the internet just didn't work well. There were holes in the wall that looked like a dog had clawed the wall and the bathroom tile had a lot of corrosion on the tiles and you could tell it needed updating.
