Clean and good view, but extremely hot and stuffy, with AC not working at 40°C

The apartament was quite clean. I picked it for two reasons: the view and the AC, because we spent the weekend when it was 40°C outside. The AC did not work. The workers also left all the windows and curtains open, so it was super-stuffy and hot when we arrived at 23:00 (more on that below). I did like that we were left 4 instant coffees which we used. There was a giant TV and overall a lot of space. The shower had a lot of room and did not have any fungus (which is very common in many rented places). There was a tea kettle to use. I liked the view, though we received view on the suburbs. The balcony was extremely hot, but we drank our morning coffee there anyway.

It was from 35°C to 40°C in Białystok when we came. We had to work from 10 AM in the heat without any AC until 22:00 (10 PM). We were delivered the keys, which was very nice of the hosts, HOWEVER. When we arrived to our room around 23:00 (11 PM), I put the keys into the door hole... and... couldn't open the door. I heard noises in the apartment. I knocked on the door, and someone opened. They were very surprised to see us. It turned out, Józefina had booked two groups for the same apartment. They told us to call the reception. I called the host that initially delivered us the keys, but he did not answer his phone. Extremely tired and sweaty, I tried to log into booking.com to find the number to the reception - there was no number to the reception in our booking confirmation... I knocked again and we had a lot of luck that the people who were in our apartment were polite and helpful. They gave us the number. After calling the reception, the keys to a different apartment were being delivered. We had to wait in a corridor with our baggages where light was movement-activated, so it turned off every 10 seconds. After 15 minutes of being into the new one, someone else GRABBED OUR DOOR handle!! When I was booking, I specifically asked in SPECIAL REQUESTS: "PLEASE MAKE SURE THE AC WORKS, AS IT'S THE REASON WE'RE BOOKING WITH YOU". WELL GUESS WHAT? The AC in the bedroom did not work, and the AC in the living room BARELY worked. I could not sleep for most of the night, only at around 5 AM it got OK enough, so I slept like 2-3 hours. Then when we were leaving, we met the cleaning staff - they were nice enough... however, we left and once we were downstairs I realised I left my expensive drinks and all the water I had in the fridge. It must have been 5 minutes since we left - I called the cleaning staff again to ask if I can come back recover my water. They claimed they have already left the premise (did they?

Exceptional

Very good location, also at the same building at 1 floor there is grocery store. Very cosy apartment on 13th floor with balcony and amazing view. It was very nice and convinient that parking is at the same building on the underground floor.

All was good :)

Would stay there again

Excellent value for money, especially with 4member family. Newly build multi-store apartment with perfect high view to Bialystok centre. Free underground parking, 1km from centre attractions, Biedronka downstairs. Apartment is quite small but very well planed, everything fits within centimetres, good planing example. Balcony view is perfect bonus

In this price segment there is nothing to complain about

Wonderful stay in a comfortable, clean apartment in Białystok. We’ll be back!!!

The communication prior to arrival and the handover of keys were great. The apartment itself was very clean and looked exactly as described.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, completely new and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and excellent views. I really loved the balcony. Additionally, it was the tallest building on the block, and there were two large supermarkets right there—a Biedronka and a bakery, as well as a pharmacy

What I didn't like was that the keys weren't left at the property and nobody came to hand them over. I had to go to another hotel to pick them up, which is quite inconvenient when you are a traveler with luggage. However, the woman there helped me order a taxi back
