The staff were great and the hotel was really clean. Staff were able to guide us re where to go and places to eat. Additionally when moving on suggesting other places to visit.
Our beds weren’t the most comfortable but were ok.

Good quiet location, comfortable room, polite staff.
During my stay I faced 2 problems:
1. Late check in mandates payment which MUST be made in cash. I arrived from the UK where we have another currency, so I had to extract cash from an ATM to pay for my late check in. This is very jot UX friend, especially given I had to pay a commission at the ATM. Also, since I am on a business trip, and the late check in payment is cash only without an official receipt, it puts my business trip expenses in a very inconvenient place.
2. Another problem was that the bathroom built in hair dryer went in flames while in my hand, which is really dangerous. I didn’t get hurt physically but I had the flame damaged my T-shirt. You should have electricity checks more often.

The property is located at a quiet residential area.
The night shift manager is very rude. He greeted us politely yet when my colleague encountered WiFi issue, he claimed that it’s “normal” since she was staying in an “economy” room. WiFi issue supposed to be in every room so you can claim you have WiFi in your hotel and especially for business travel.
Then when she brought up her concern with bed bug, he didn’t mention that she can change a room and the next day we confronted him, he asked why we didn’t insist on changing a room. He even questioned my colleague with “You think our country is dirty?” when she was simply checking her new room was checked thoroughly…he was taking this way too personal and show unprofessional behavior.
