The breakfast was adequate, however the lack of westeren food was disappointing! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The manager Oi arranged for us to get an upgrade to their preminer Empress the room was fantasic, spacious etc. Oi also upgraded my son and his finace., gave each of us a hamper of food.
Just the breakfast...very little for the Western/ european taste.

Price is very reasonable. I love the welcome pack of biscuits, chocolates and water. Location is fine but a bit quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and no problem communicating in English.
Rooms decor is dated. Pillows could be softer. Breakfast spread somewhat limited.

Overall really nice room, super friendly staff and a fine pool with sauna.
The fridge was too noicy imo. Had trouble sleeping the first 2 night cause of it. Breakfast is in another building.

Location and breakfast were good. Good room size. Staff was very good.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. If anything needs to be improved, it should be the pillows. They are flat and not comfortable.
