Good location, close to everything. Spacious room. Clean with big windows with the view to the square.
Very welcoming, attentive and helpful staff.
Not enough light in the bathroom.

We liked the space and clever design. Of the property. We discovered how conveniently it was placed and on last day, as the trams had stopped due to demonstrations.
The staff were lovely however they did not have a lot of tourist knowledge. There is a tourist office in the centre. A booklet, with information of Bordeaux and the near environs, would be helpful

Location excellent a few mins walk from tram F from airport (Meriadeck). Meriadeck shopping centre and supermarket only a few minutes walk from hotel.
Odd not to have hand washing in the WC. Which was separate from the bathroom.

Convenient to public transport from the airport. Central to most interesting parts of Bordeaux.
