mi è piaciuta la posizione e la cortesia dello staff. Camere pulite.

l'hotel è vecchiotto per il suo costo e la colazione è davvero base, non penso valga 20 euro a persona. Ma la cosa che mi ha dato più problemi è il rumore che proviene dalla strada la notte e le stanze poco insonorizzate. Sono stata svegliata continuamente da rumori. Proprio sotto e di fronte all'hotel ci sono diversi locali aperti fino a tardi e molto rumorosi.

I do not recommend it to anyone, it is extremely expensive for the conditions offered.

Very good positioning - easy to reach the center and Milano Centrale.

Many very old elements: the bed, the sanitary fixtures, the windows, the chandeliers, the elevators, the sockets. They had signs of wear and some could not be used (the TV and the hair dryer). To use the iron you had to leave the hotel and pass by the place where the garbage is collected. In the hotel, there are 2 elevators, small and very old (for a maximum of 2 people). One didn't work and the other was always busy, it also didn't have a door sensor and the buttons worked very hard. Every time I left or entered the hotel, the people at the reception asked me which room I was staying in.

A B&B gem in an excellent location managed by wonderful people!

Front Staff - Very helpful Dining staff particularly the breakfast hosts. Wonderful, welcoming attitude in the morning, especially the gentleman and the madam, who made fantastic caffe and very forthcoming with all our requests. Fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk from the central Milano train station and a 5 minute walk from the metro. Safe, secure with plenty of eateries and convenient stores and what not.

Nothing to complain about as such. Keeping in mind, the space constraints in European hotels and B&Bs, facility was comfortable.

Strategic location near the train station for a short stay!

Location was about 500m and walkable from the Milan Centrale Train station. I landed in Milan around 2pm and got to the hotel by 4pm. There is also several restaurants around the vicinity. Perfect for a short stay in transit to the next location. It's a little tricky to open the main door but the concierge is there to help and show you if needed.

Hotel with a great location and a lovely staff!

The location was perfect, everything is walking distance if you’re like me and my sister and don’t mind seeing the city by walking around. However the metro is also right next to you and easy to use, so that is also a plus. The staff at Mennini were super lovely and friendly. Also the breakfast was better than we expected and not just a croissant and a coffee. All in all, we really enjoyed the hotel and and would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan!

The hotel is older and would need a bit of fixing up here and there but for us that wasn’t a problem.

Good location

Great location from the train station. The fridge in the room was very handy.

The lift shaft in the centre of hotel was quite noisy. Also on our first night we were kept awake by furniture scrapping along the floor in the room above, when we questioned this the following morning, we were told the occupants had left during the night and the housekeeping staff had cleaned and rearranged the room during the night. This noise continued however on the following 2 nights.

Rooms clean

Close to the central station however, it is not a good location to stay in Milan, unsafe at night time. Rooms aged and you feel it a two star hotel, breakfast is poor, no variety. Staff nice and cooperative.

Exceptional

The staff was very attentive and the room was clean, with a nice balcony. Breakfast consisted of bread rolls, or toast, with ham, salami, cheese and jellys. There were also a few pastries, yogurts and fruits available. The coffee was great! Great location, just a five minute walk from the central station and 2 minutes from the underground.

A happy stay in Milan.

Location excellent, close to main railway station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent room service. Great to have minibar for water etc. Liked the double aspect windows in the bedroom plus the mini balcony. Lovely bright room. Close to many restaurants on the same street.

Disappointing

Location

The hotel was old and very outdated ,our room was small and very basic, the bathroom was the worst I ever came across (shower door was filthy and toilet ran water all night long as flush was broken). The breakfast was fine, waiter was friendly and helpful. Reception staff were poor, the man that checked us in was rude and very off putting it was like we were an inconvenience to him, the other 2 we met were a little more helpful but not really what you expect from hotel reception staff

outside blind didnt work so the bright hotel sign outside the window lit the room up…..apparently they cant afford curtains. TV was also in a language similar to russian or something, couldnt change it, TV pointless

I would recommend the Hotel. It has a competitive price for a good service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The relative quiet despite its central location.
