I like the location of the hotel as it was an easy stroll from the metro. Beautiful spread of breakfast. We checked in early and the reception was kind enough to give us a bigger room. It had a beautiful coutryard where we enjoyed our drinks. It had massive 80's style curtains and hotel looked beautiful.
I felt the hotel room were a bit old and needed modernation. The shower was spraying water in all directions, causing water to flood outside the bath. It didn't have a shower curtain or glass shower screen
10 Euros per person per night felt a bit too much of the city tax for this location. A random transaction of 164 euros was done on our card and we had to clarify with the reception where the receptionist clarified it was meant for their safety if we had something from the minibar etc which was not pleasant.
