The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel was very well kept. Everything was clean. The room was very comfortable.

It was in a great location in Alexandria. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean.
This is very minor but there was a picture in the room by the coffee that had splatter of something on it both days we stayed and a stain on the ceiling that was caused by someone squishing a bug. Both were fairly noticeable and could be easily cleaned.

Location was great! Train station close by and right on King St for strolling and eating. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
Our automatic blinds didn’t close the whole way but we were up early anyway so it didn’t bother us too much.

The managers were very helpful, as was the valet.
Very small room; basic linens; no place to put luggage for more than 1 person.
