Location near by BTS Phrom Phong station
1) Hotel charged extra tax BHT 2xxxx said Booking.Com price was tax excluded even I showed them my booking detailed was tax included, 2) Hotel will ask you pay deposit BHT 2000 for minibar when check-in and refund when check-out, if pay by credit card then it takes two weeks to get the return money which I don’t want to bear the risk so pay in cash and refund in cash on check-out date. Such minibar deposit should be mentioned in the booking.com hotel information page.

Zentral gelegene, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, Zimmer sauber und Personal freundlich.
Ab 14.02.24 war der Pool nur gegen Aufpreis von 500 bath pro Tag nutzbar, ab 18 Uhr kostenfrei, Gym 500 bath pro Nutzung. Finde diese Preispolitik nicht in Ordnung.

The location was good, near the BTS. There was a convenient store just beside and the room was spacious and cozy.
The air con was slightly noisy and there was lack of space to hang stuff in the toilet.

Room is very small, no trolly service for baggage, no gym, no swimming pool

Breakfast was quite adequate. Not the same as what I like at other Ibis in Bangkok.
Mini-Bar - is not a good addition to any motel. Historically mini-bars have caused many grievances between customers and staff/management. Very unnecessary as the 7-11 on the ground floor stocks all of the offered or necessary snacks.

Perfect location! Clean rooms
No facilities at all. You need to pay an extra 500 THB / day to use the pool

Pool was an extra cost. I left my phone charger behind and cannot contact the hotel as their direct contact details aren’t public.

Great location. Centre of everything and easy access to the BTS. Really good value for money and good for short stays. They have a co-working space which is also very nice.
Bathrooms feel a little bit old and used, but it's fine for a night or two.

I was told that I couldn't not check in early as no room was available. But when I paid extra, the ro was immediately available.
