It was very close to the bus station. However, you do have to walk up stairs that are very long to get there. No problem for my crew but if you have heavy luggage, are out of shape, or expect to drive up to the door, don't rent at this condo.
better mattress, more towel hooks in bath, hard to find the exact path off the street to get to the condo

Nice balcony. Close to port and bus station
Steep hike up about five floors of stairs

Great view from the balconies.
The stairs and the furniture was more rundown than most thrift store furniture.

Room with a View. Incredible view of Dubrovnik cruise. Port.
Lots of stairs which would be a challenge to people of a certain age . I mean a lot.
Bathroom sink drains slowly.
Mattress needs replacement.
