location, hot tub
cleanliness issues. as per the photos we provided to customer service department

The location was great. It was clean & comfortable. We liked having a private hot tub & parking.
The thermostat was set quite warm & we were unable to cool the rooms down. The pillows in the main bedroom were quite soft.
5.0
The location is great, the place is really nice other then not being cleaned properly. Really enjoyed the unobstructed views from the hot tub & a friendly staff member got us an extra parking pass on arrival.
1- Condo wasn't the same as the one shown in pictures when I booked.
2-Wish we had known the gondolas were shut down at 6pm. Going to dinner, or the market, etc a pain.
3-Dirty pans left in oven, resulting in a smoky mess while making first morning breakfast. Sent an email with no reply.
Also, very dusty blinds and windowsills. A candy wrapper made into the bed... makes you wonder if the sheets had actually been washed or just remade? I dropped my earring on the floor of the sofa bed room... kneeling down to look for it showed bottles, chip bags etc under the dresser.. when the last time this place has been cleaned properly? Especially during covid!!!
4- The sofa bed is awful. Two people can NOT sleep on that! Was actually a bit cruel to have people spending that much money on a 3 day rental to have that to sleep on. Wrecked our trip being tired & sore. I slept on the living room couch. The comfort & value for your money ratings are zero because of this.

The location and cleanliness of the property were great. Hot tub was also a nice touch
The unit we stayed in was a completely different unit than the one that was pictured. Our unit did not have as many bedrooms as listed. Instead there were multiple pullout couches.
Additionally, there was no barbecue. One was pictured, and we could not cook some of the food we had planned on barbecuing.
Upon arrival there was no key left to get into the garage. This was our only free parking spot, and we couldn’t get access to it.
There were dirty dishes left in the oven from previous guests.
3.0
When we arrived the place was not clean, there were empty liquor bottles in cabinets and empty shampoo bottles on the floor. This is disappointing considering the high cleaning fee we had to pay. We were snowed in and couldn’t leave for hours and the agent on the phone was less than helpful, suggesting we find a shovel and dig our way out. We would have to shovel the entire road... Customer service is severely lacking.
