We loved the location, the cleanliness and comfort of this 2 -2 apartment..

This place was cute for being an older unit and was very clean. The downside is that the upstairs shower has so much pressure that the hot water runs out after one shower. You have to make sure you only turn the water on half way in order to try to conserve hot water. The kitchen lacked staple items like salt and the pans were not good for cooking, so if you plan on cooking, make sure to bring your favorite pan and seasonings.

Located off walking/biking paths, near the rec center, next to several good, local restaurants! Kitchen was well appointed for a week long stay, too.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. We used it as “homebase“ for our adventures. Plenty of USB ports :-). The condo is well stocked for all of your needs. Day 1: Durango train, a wonderful way to see San Juan national park. Day 2: 3rd generation snowmobile‘s. A rough day for Floridians as the snow was relentless (19°), but a great time was had. Day 3; the wildlife refuge. A great walk through the trails on the property;bring boots. We enjoyed higher grounds (coffee and treats/walkable), Rosie’s for pizza and salads and of course Walmart for souvenirs. We are planning a return trip. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories. K*T*A*O

This listing is not accurate!!! There is NO fireplace there is an electronic display that does not work proper , the sound bar does not work for tv, there are only 2 teaspoons !!!!and very little silverware you must wash after every meal, the faux backsplash that was stone look alike kept coming unstuck from wall and falling ,there is NO venta-hood so the condo fills with smoke if making bacon or if you cook on stove top -maintenance came out but could not do anything as the contraption they had was a filter above stove .. he said I don’t even know what this is…we had to call for sheets for fold out bed , 1 bedroom upstairs is so tight 2 people cannot be in room at same time and one must maneuver to open closet 2 bedroom not enclosed so you hear tv downstairs ,the handrail is drilled into Sheetrock and is just shoved in the wall so we did not hold onto it for fear of it falling off! The bbq did not have propane so when I called I was told it would be delivered …it never came! I called twice… the local contact did not help said she could bring next day But I had called a couple times the last 2 days for it… so we could go out or cook on stove top and set smoke alarms off again first she said no place would have any that night … but she could bring tomorrow??? then she said weather conditions were bad…. we just drove in from Wolfcreek and are from TX and we drove!! We went and bought some propane ourselves …it put a damper on our evening bc now we were cooking so late .She did reimburse our cost of filling tank. If you offer a bbq with propane have it available don’t inconvenience your guest to take care of it! Our bed frame was cracked the screen door needs a soft close it slammed every time we went out…we spent 4,000 for our stay ridiculous for the size ,cond of the condo and the customer service was disappointing! It is convenient to town and has space in back for kids to play. We specifically booked a condo so we could make our meals there we were disappointed cooking was limited to our crock pot. I left the condo pristine as I always do when renting VRBO. Took pics of damaged areas and pics of how clean I left it ! The rates on VRBO are crazy now all the fees are ridiculous.

Pros...this townhome is clean and nicely furnished. There is a back patio. It's conveniently located very close to the center of town. Cons...you are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property, not even on the back patio which seems ridiculous. We walked out to the road to smoke for fear of being fined. Noise in the house travels and one of the bedrooms only has a partial wall leaving it open (for noise, not visual) to the rest of the house.

The condo was nice. Area seems nice. We weren’t there very long so wish we had more time to explore the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Accurate description, good directions to property, easy check-in/check-out. Great location to explore Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area.

This home was emasculate. They had ALL the amenities. It was very easy to access the home and check out. Not far from the main areas of town. Such a beautiful place, HOWEVER, this particular unit sits up next to a very grumpy neighbor. I had my twin 15 month olds and my 2 year old. Unfortunately, they were exhausted and overly tired and the screamed a few times the first night we were there. The next morning same thing. The woman complained and the owner had to contact me. The woman(neighbor) made rude comments to me even after I tried to apologize for the noise. There are also NO marked parking spaces and so we parked directly in front of our door and she wrote us a note stating we could only use the three spaces on the end. We were only there for 2 nights. We were not even at the home almost the whole second day. It would have been a good experience had the neighbor been even the slightest bit of a nice person. If you have small children that might make noise Do not stay here.

Situated in a nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the gorgeous mountains surrounding the town and viewed the ballon liftoffs and landings from a couple of blocks away. The only recommendation we would make is some directions on how to operate the internet TV listings and a more balanced access to TV news channels (i.e. CNN, MSNBC) in addition to Fox and Newsmax.
