About this apartment rental
A luxurious and spacious property with a private balcony, it has great views of the mountains and exceedingly close to all the amenities and yet very quiet. Great location with 3 bus stops within 100m. There is an elevator to the apartment which is split on two levels. The first floor has open plan dining area, fully equipped kitchen, very large lounge area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a large balcony. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable double beds, The master bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom on each level.

We ( a group of 4 adults and a toddler) stayed here for a total of 5 nights while visiting Interlachen. Overall it was a great spot for our family as there was significant for room to spread out. Location is good.Positives:The apartment is large and conveniently located over a COOP grocery, which we visited almost daily. The bathrooms were very nice and a huge plus was having two of them. Both of the bedrooms are upstairs but only one of the baths was upstairs. The downstairs one was more of a powder room but the small shower worked great for my wife and me. The primary bedroom was quite large by European standards. The kitchen was more than adequate and well equipped. The balcony had a nice view and was a large plus as we spent a lot of time out there after our busy days.Cons: We hit a period of extremely hot weather and the apartment is not air conditioned. No fault of the owners but we did have to ask for extra fans and had to have the host access a locked room to turn on the ceiling fan in the living area. The fans had not been dusted in a long time and the portable air cooler units gave a minimal amount of relief from the heat. There were no instruction on the need to put ice pack in the air coolers. The host did come over and attend to the coolers. One bedroom upstairs is small and the ceiling design made it difficult not to bump your head The website stated that there was a dryer, but it actually was only a drying rack.All in all we enjoyed the stay.

The property was very clean and cozy about 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost station. Perfect for our family of three. The area was residential and very quiet. The supermarket and bakery were just downtstairs and restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and Natalie was very helpful.
