About this condo rental

Nestled in Kennebunkport, this attractive condo for $466 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Recently built apartment with hardwood & tiled floors has a full kitchen & bathroom with full-size washer/dryer. We have decorated the space to have a modern-boho California surf sort of style. This suite is close to Town Square, Kennebunkport, Goose Rocks Beach and most of the 4-5 star restaurants in the area. Enjoy a night on the town or a relaxing evening by the fire! One bedroom apartment above our recently built garage, we have converted to be a nightly rental space on Airbnb. This apartment has a lot of amenities that typical apartments do not offer, such as, hardwood and tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom area. There are wall-mounted mini-split heating and cooling units which are perfect for those few sticky nights we get here in Maine. In the full bathroom which has a shower stall, there is a full washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and all cooking needs includes a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. The living area has a queen sized pullout couch to sleep 2 people with a couple of accent chairs to create a seating arrangement with conversation and interaction in mind. The spacious bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle with two twin mattresses. We have included a TV in the bedroom as well for the guest's enjoyment.The entire apartment is private, and the guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. There is a patio space that is ideal for soaking up the sun, sitting under the stars enjoying a fire and cocktail or resting while your dinner is sizzling on the grill. This brand new vacation home will be available for a weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only. •Linens provided for the king, twin and queen size pullout (located in the living room). •Towels, beach towels are always fresh. •We have plenty of pillows to choose from. •Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy. •Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you. •Internet and Spectrum Cable •Ductless, wall-mounted splits Air conditioning •Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler. •Pack 'n' Play on premises. We are experienced host / Superhosts and spend a lot of our energy making sure your stay with us is flawless. Large, well stocked 1-BR apartment including beach umbrella & chairs with an excellent AC system; however, both the couch and the bed are 'shot' and need to be replaced. There are 2 blue chairs that came right out of the 1950s and one has a front leg that is beginning to separate from the chair itself. While I knew there was a staircase, by day # 4, you will get tired of walking up and down the 17 stairs. You will also get VERY tired very soon, of driving in and out on a long, narrow, 1-way dirt road with innumerable potholes: so glad I wasn't driving my Jaguar! Nice large flat-screen that we enjoyed watching "Suits" on Netflix. Close to Dock Square but won't be returning.

We couldn't have been happier with this rental. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were spacious and open. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room in the large bedroom for all of us. I cannot say enough good things about the host and the way she treated us, hospitality was top notch. We would definately rent this again!

We had a wonderful time in Kennebunkport, ME! This place was exactly as pictured - cute, clean, and updated. This apartment is connected to the main house but has its own private entrance so felt very private. Great location and Emily was very responsive/helpful! Would recommend!

The property was clean and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. The TV was RoKu only… so since we do not subscribe to that service we were unable to utilize the TV. That was disappointing as we wanted to watch some of the Olympics. The lighting in the living room could improve for reading. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay .
