I would rate this stay a zero if it were an option. We arrived at the cabin at 11pm the first night of our stay and left the following morning and checked into a local hotel due to the uncleanliness of the cabin. Vacasa requested we communicate through texts and asked us to provide photos of the conditions. We did as requested, but the only responses we get are telling us they have submitted a ticket to the "local team". There has yet to be a resolution. I would be ashamed of myself for renting a cabin in this condition. Food left in sink, spills on the pool table, mold/mildew in the shower/on the shower curtain, unvacuumed floor, kitchen counter tops not wiped down, dirty dish rack, cracks in tile on bathroom floor and around toilet, food crumbs on couch, trash on floor, filthy area rugs. The list goes on...

Cabin was filthy. Used coffee grounds still in coffee maker, kitchen cabinets about to fall off the wall. Major water leak that they didn’t seem to care about and didn’t come check out. Dog poop and cigarette butt on deck. Dishes and cookware was dirty. Beds are terrible and not comfortable at all. Pool table looks nothing like the pictures and needs to be refelted and have the balls replaced as they were chipped. I have stayed in many cabins and this was the absolute worst and all they would say when I called was I’m sorry. Didn’t even offer a partial refund or a move to a different cabin or to even have someone come re clean it while we was out on the town. Will not recommend and will not be returning.

Overall a nice place to stay. Very cozy and beautiful views. Cobwebs in the bathrooms and a soaking wet bath mat were found upon arrival. We also had trouble connecting to the WiFi (couldn’t locate it). Other than that it suited our needs and we would stay there again.

View from upper bedrooms is clear but main floor blocked by trees. Had to have maintenance bring sheets on first night because all three beds had dirty sheets. Maintenance had to come back in the morning to install lightbulbs in kitchen fixtures and microwave light over stove. It was too dark too see upon arrival. Cooking in the stove resulted in getting the gunk on the microwave warm enough to drip onto the stovetop. The couch in the description looks nice and comfy. It’s actually not the one there now. Place could be really nice with a little work.

Being at the top of the mountain with a view and the way the hose was designed it gave it the cabin vibe.

We had the best time and had plenty of room in this cabin! Every room had its own full bathroom! Kitchen had almost everything you needed. The Hot tub and pool table were a great addition! We will most definitely be back!

The location was great. Cabin was not clean , blinds on the windows broken, kitchen drawers missing. Then comforters and bedding were so dirty. The grill on the porch its so small.

We've gone to G'burg quite a bit over the years and this was a very disappointing cabin. The kitchen was sparse as to cookware...dishes were fine, but nothing much to cook with (2 pans and 2 small pots). Lights on both of the decks were malfunctioning (strobing??) so you couldn't use them in the evenings. Contacted management but they never came to address it. There is an outlet hole in the floor with nothing covering it. Downstairs bathroom didn't even have a roll of TP. Overall condition of the cabin and furnishing I would classify as older and well worn. The drive up to the cabin is not very friendly...the only flat area is at parking spots. We won't stay here again.

We had a couples trip and had the best time. The place was clean and ready for us. The only thing I wish was provided was a few extra trash bags and some coffee filters but I understand to pack extra next time! Thanks for the great stay

The property was beautiful and spacious. Driving up to the property can be a little scary because the road gets very narrow and a little scary. The only problems with the property was that for 1 whole day there was no wayer.the outside of the hoisw needs to be powerwashed because there are a lot of cobwebsand some of the trees in the back need to be cut down some because yoir view is not as clear with all the trees.

It was very nice and we enjoyed our time there

First want to say this place was great. The rest are minor issues to ensure you know what to expect. The 3 king beds are all different, 1 soft, 1 medium and 1 rock solid. The satellite TV did not work because the dish is mounted at ground level pointing into a ton of trees. Pool table was a joke, not a full set of balls, no chalk for sticks, small size; basically only good to entertain children. Trees in the back (view side with decks) are completely overgrown. You have a beautiful view on half of the upper deck with the rest being directly into trees. The road getting to this place is not for the faint of heart but that could be said for many homes in this area. Everything was as pictured, A/C worked great, and we really did enjoy our stay.

It would have been nice if the light over the stove worked. It was irritating to find a non-working hot tub the day we arrived, but they did come the next day and fixed
it. They also had to fix the hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. The TV reception was non-existent because trees surrounded the dish. They also obstructed the view from the deck.

The property was as described in details & pictures. The place was beautiful & we had. Some issues with bees all around the decks but that comes with nature and we didn't have a hair dryer as said but that was all minor things. It didn't spoil out trip and I would stay there again!

Our time at Mountain Symphony was okay. It was not the cleanest cabin, but it worked. There are a LOT of things I would suggest need updated or changed. Vacasa did reach out the first day asking if the cabin was clean and I told them it wasn't. There were multiple cobwebs/spiders hanging everywhere and a whole bunch of dead flies. We had a baby with us so I had already cleaned the place before they reached out. They did offer to send a house cleaner over, but I declined. The coffee maker is old and the reusable filter is ripped so you'll need to bring your own unless you want to drink coffee grounds. Several blinds were broken (not a big deal except visually). A chair was also broken and had been previously glued together, but was back apart. The upstairs tub/shower barely drained so you would be standing in water while showering. Just many small things that are easy to fix, but made our experience not the best. The hot tub was amazing and having 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom was great. The views are absolutely incredible and pretty much make up for all the small details that need tended to.

It seemed like nobody had stayed in this cabin for awhile. It was covered in cob webs inside and out, dead and live bugs in the home. The upstairs shower curtains had mold on them. They sent someone to re-clean and still didn't get the bugs, so I requested a vacuum with a hose so I could get it myself and never got one. The post said there would be a hair dryer so my daughter's didn't bring one and there was not one provided. The bed was so hard. The fridge doesn't have automatic ice or water, which I have come to expect when traveling. And the drive up the mountain was horrible, very steep and narrow. And the view wasn't even worth it. I would not recommend this cabin ever.

The place is beautiful, but their is something we was not happy with. The cooking pans are old and don’t cook well, everything sticks to it. Their was no pot holders. Their was no coffee. The light on the microwave does not work. The hot tub smells, the bathtub up stair does not drain water well. And the couch was very uncomfortable.

We stayed in this cabin back in January for New Years, and the cabin was extremely nice and clean that's the reason we booked and stayed again, This time we were very disappointed with the stay, the living room wood floors are very bucked up from water damage or moisture or something, it needs new stepping stones or a concrete path poured from the road to the door, it rained this weekend here and getting through the wet grass our shoes were soaked, by the time we had packed everything in the car, The beds all need new mattresses especially the one downstairs it's very hard, don't know if it's new or just a new cheap mattress, the bedroom upstairs to the right our sheets to our bed had mold on them from either moisture or something, the tile in the bathroom upstairs in the same bedroom is messed up due to moisture We couldn't even get the Dish to work on the TV and we think it was from poor reception because there was trees over grown the satellite dish, All outside doors are extremely hard to open and close and it seems to be due to a moisture issue, This Cabin I think has serious moisture issues and for what you pay to rent it, It's just not worth the money we were very disappointed this time and will never stay in this cabin again.

The cabin was clean and charming. It is located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The road to get to the cabin is very narrow, super curvy and straight up the mountain. Lots of blind spots. Would not recommend if you are planning to go during snow. The view is beautiful, especially the morning sunrise over the mountains. There are some items that need to be addressed. The beds are SUPER hard. I have no clue why so many reviews mention comfy beds. There was no broom in the place and the vacuum did not work. The chair needs to be replaced in the living room. It is old and has a bent leg. Also, beware of the table chairs. They are weighted heavy in the back and every time we stood up they fell back onto the floor. We ended up turning them around backwards and using them so they would't topple over. They advertise free WiFi in the home, however the owners only pay for a hotspot with very limited data. We were told this after we contacted Vacasa for assistance. They tried to contact the owner and the owner did not respond. I had to work while on vacation and had no internet. I had to drive off the mountain twice a day into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg in order to access Wifi and do my work. The welcome email provides you with a wifi password that does not work. We had to look on the router. Vacasa gave us $25 a day back for the internet issue but when you pay $5,068 to stay 4 days in a place you expect better quality beds and the amenities described when you booked. Disappointing overall.

Great view! Cabin internet never worked. We even reached out and no reply. Could have been cleaner also. Other than those two things, cabin was nice.

We had 3 couples and a toddler and a baby and we all had plenty of room. The views from the balconies were amazing. The cabin was well stocked with towels, toiletries, cooking supplies and utensils. The hot tub worked and was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!
I would totally recommend this cabin, we had a family of 7 with a handicap member, this was perfect for everyone. Great handicap features, and we loved that everything was together on one floor so we could all be together regardless of everyone’s activities. The location was great, we loved being on the Gatlinburg side, and it is in the mountains but not 30 minutes into the mountains so we loved that as well.

The hot tub was slimy. Green mold inside of it. The grass was knee high the dish washer doesn’t work because there is busted glass clogging the bottom of it. The railing on the top porch is not attached to the studs. A large part is just barley hanging on. All the other cabins looked wonderful. The one we were in looked as if nobody had used it in years. Even the other people across the road ask us if everything was ok. It was actually an embarrassment. It’s a beautiful cabin but it needs some fixing up. And the garbage bin was full when we arrived. Unfortunately we had the only garbage bin that was full on the block. Other than that. We do plan on coming back for a week in August but I’m desperately hoping the next stay can be in a clean cabin with no worries of my kids falling through railings. Thank you.
