We absolutely loved everything about this place – the home, the interior layout and furnishings, the location, the bikes, and more. Absolutely perfect.

The house worked out great for our family of 12. Everyone loved the open floor plan in the kitchen and family room, bathrooms in each bedroom with plenty of hot water for showers, and the nice long kitchen table that we could all enjoy eating our meals together and play board games. The separate ice maker, warming oven, and extra refrigerators to keep water and drinks cold was so handy. The large screened in porch was a fun place to gather which also had a grill. An extra plus was the bicycles that our two families used to talk a long bike ride and to the beach. The owner was so nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house to a group of 10-12. people.

The location of this property was so convenient to the beach, golf, restaurants, and shopping, just to name a few. The house itself was spotless and more than enough space for the family. We plan on coming back next year!!

This house has a lot of old charm. Spacious enough for more guests than what we had. Beautiful porches, huge kitchen great for entertaining. Owner was vey attentive and quick to respond for whatever we needed.

Although, this was a golfer’s paradise home, it also was perfect for us tennis ladies! The large outside screen porch is where we spent 90% of time while in the house! We hope to come back to this home again next year! We loved watching the pet “gator” who stopped for a visit under the shade trees everyday! The cul de sac home had plenty of parking spaces! Perfect for us!

We rented this beautiful home for our family and both sets of grandparents for a spring break getaway. Everyone had a wonderful time! The home was very welcoming, and the back porch was our favorite place to be. From the kitchen with every gadget you can imagine, to the grill, multiple refrigerators indoor and outdoor, the wrap around porch, the comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space for a large group, to the view of the lagoon and driving range, everything was absolutely perfect. The bikes in various sizes were a wonderful addition and all in good working order. The locker at the beach which conveniently held the beach chairs for easy access was a cherry on top for our beach days. The owner was very informative and responsive with any questions we had. Everything about this vacation was “easy”. We hope to return for another family vacation soon!!

We truly had the best stay! The location was fantastic, and the house was a great size for our groups. The bedrooms and common spaces were large and well furnished, and the large back deck with the TV was and an enjoyable space to spend time together. Beach access was easily accessible by bike and/or car. We had one small issue with a stuck doorknob that was dealt with quickly, and with great communication. I highly recommend this property.

Our extended family enjoyed our time immensely. The house was roomy and very well stocked. The kitchen is vintage, brought me back to the 80’s! But all the appliances worked and just about every other small appliance/gadget you could think of was available. Crockpot, blender, drip coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, food processor, hand mixer, etc. Also well stocked with spices, pots, pans and dish/glassware. We appreciated that beach towels were available as well as bath towels. The beds were very comfortable, to the extent that my in-laws who were in the first floor King bedroom wanted to take the mattress home! The locker at the beach house was very convenient and had several chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. The owner responded to a few questions we texted almost immediately. The property is right on the golf course as advertised. My golfer son was happy to walk right over to the golf clubhouse to make his tee-time and use the practice green. Lots of wildlife in the area. From the lovely porch we saw a huge (8ft+) alligator that was sunning in the yard. A family of 4 deer were in the yard several times as well as raccoons, birds, and a cute cat. The bikes were perfect for the short ride to the beach or to take around town. Overall, a wonderful place for a large group. We hope to visit again!

We had a great stay in this house with zero issues.We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The bikes were a huge plus, we biked to most places around Hilton Head. The beach and other fun areas are just a short bike ride as well.The kitchen and outdoor patio are very spacious and great for large groups. The host of this home was also very helpful and accommodating to certain requests we had. We overall had no issues with this home, and would definitely recommend!

Communication with owner was great! Plenty of space for three couples and children. Lots of living space indoors and on the covered porch. We could watch alligators in the pond and an osprey nest from the wrap-around porch. Plenty of refrigerators for everyone! Added bonus of bikes with a baby carrier/trailer. Would definitely return!
