Nestled in Miami Beach, this lovely condo for $833 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly renovated and tastefully furnished, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach or the sunset over Biscayne Bay and Mid-town Miami from our 16th floor windows and balcony. Splash around in the surf or just catch some rays on Miami Beach while people watching. If your more the active type, stroll, run, skate or bike up and down the Miami Beach Boardwalk. Or just lay around the pool and get a cool drink before going out on exciting South Beach at night. Our unit is in the Alexander All Suites Oceanfront Resort and is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach. Minutes away from world class dining and entertainment, the property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell Financial District. Our two main bedrooms have large windows with ocean and beach views. The larger one has two new comfortable queen size beds and the smaller of the two has one queen size bed. The third room has a twin bed. Each room has large, new flat screen 4K HD T.V.s. There are two private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile and large rain shower fixtures. This spacious apartment features a comfortable living and dining room area and includes the following amenities: - Newly renovated three-bedroom suite with 3 queen and 1 twin-sized beds and lots of closet space. - Comfortably sleeps 6 adults - A private balcony with great views of the ocean and the bay/city. - Large living room - Dining Room - Two bathrooms - Flat-screen high-definition 4K Televisions in each bedroom and living room with premium channels. - Complimentary High-speed Wi-Fi access - Kitchen-Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen all new stainless steel appliances. First bedroom - Large window with beach and city views, two queen size beds, and a 55" 4K flat screen TV . A beautiful private bathroom with porcelain tile all around, bathtub, and sink. Second bedroom - Large window with beach and city views, two queen size beds and a 55" 4K flat-screen TV . Large closet with lots of storage. Third bedroom - Twin bed and 50" 4K flat panel TV. Living room - Large window with access to the balcony and ocean view. A leather sofa-sectional with ample seating space. Large 65" 4K flat screen HD TV. Dining room seating for 6. Island counter-top in the kitchen with seating for two. Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach. A second upper deck swimming pool. The property also features food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill. Guests also have access to an on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs, and towels. Parking: Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self-parking is available There is a public City of Miami Beach public parking lot one building over. Check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you strictly observe this as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact the owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee. There is a $210 exit cleaning fee paid at time of reservation. **Please note there is NO daily maid service. **

The unit was perfect for our visit to Miami Beach. Mid-beach is a nice location to easily access North Beach and South Beach shops and restaurants. It accommodated 5 adults comfortably and we would stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and always got back with me quickly.

We were so happy with our stay. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Maintained very well and with everything we needed for the week stay. The view of the beach from balcony and of downtown was perfect to view both sunrises and sunsets.
The apartment has been updated very nicely and is very well maintained.
The Alexander was also a great place to stay with friendly valets and a beautiful beach and pool area.
Checkin and check out instructions were great and the owner was quickly available for anything we needed. We would love to come back in the future.

Loved the quiet location of mid beach. A short 20 min Uber to South beach and 35 to Little Havana. Resort is clean and property owner was fantastic, reached out when we arrived to make sure check in went well and to answer any questions. Also allowed us to check out a little later since our flight back was late in the day. Direct access to the awesome boardwalk along the beach as well. Only draw back was you had to go out the front and down the street 30 yards and use public beach access if you took your own drinks to the beach. They would stop you in the property and turn you around if you tried to access that way. Not a huge deal though.

This condo is meticulously maintained and is on a beautiful section of the beach. We went between the beach and pool every day and loved that there was towel service. There were gorgeous views from the balcony! It is located in a quieter area that is very family friendly. We loved The Alexander!

This was our first time in Miami with the Family, and we had a blast. The Apartment was amazing in a very good place right on the beach, and the owner was very helpful and responding on all our calls and concerns. The Building was very nice, clean and very well maintained.
We loved everything about this property and would recommended to anyone. Cant wait to go back in February.

We loved this property! It was the perfect place with the benefits of a VRBO (multiple bedrooms, full kitchen) and also access to all of the hotel amenities, with beautiful pools and super easy beach access. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great, modern condo for our Miami vacation. The location was perfect, with the boardwalk and ocean just outside the property. We had views of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Great sunrises and sunsets! The pool area is also nice. George was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs.
I do want to mention that we were able to fit 3 adults and 3 adult kids in the condo. The 3 kids were in the master suite with their own bathroom. My mom got a single room to herself, leaving my husband and I with a smaller room with a queen bed.

Very clean and modern condo located
mid Miami beach. Easily walked or Ubered to South Beach. Great communication with owner and would definitely stay here again! Also rented a boat with a captain which was conveniently located across the street.

The host Jorge was very responsive and provided great information when I reached out. His response time was prompt and precise. This was a Girls Trip and the accommodation was perfect for our group. Everyone had a wonderful time. Also the location was perfect we were able to Uber to all of the places on our list. I would definitely stay here again if needed. 🙏🏾🤗

It was a great experience, we had a bit of a problem in the beginning going to the pool, there was no easy way for seniors who can walk a bit, but have problems with stairs. We told the pool attendant that my mom problems with walking and especially stairs and there was no way she was going to make it upstairs. Pool attendant and others that worked with her went and talked to someone about the problem and they found a solution so my mom and aunt would not have to worry about how they were going to get back to the room. My 91 year old aunt and my 87 year old mom greatly appreciate the help and I and my family truly are grateful to these women.

Outstanding Service and Location
The location of this condo was outstanding for our purpose. And the owner was remarkable with his attention to us. We had an issue with the refrigerator and, on a Sunday, he personally went and got a small frig so we did not want for this.
Realize, this is a resort. The service people at the Alexander were also wonderful.

We loved the condo and the location was absolutely perfect - great views from the balcony of both the ocean & intercoastal waterway. When we return to Miami we will definitely stay here again.

This property is gorgeous! We had a great time hanging out at the pool and the beach which is just steps outside the back gate to the property. You can rent beach chairs for $10/piece and a beach umbrella for $15. It is so worth it because the Florida sun can be quite intense. You don't need to bring towels either. The pool area provides them for the pool and/or the beach for you. You can also get drinks and some food (burgers, chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, etc.) at the pool and they even deliver out to the beach for you. We cooked in a few times and the kitchen is very well stocked with spices and items to cook with. Publix is just 1.8 miles north of the place and was quick and easy to drive to. You can rent bikes just across the street and can ride down to South Beach or north on a beautifully paved trail or walk the trail. It was roughly 3.5 miles to the end where South Beach is and roughly 3 - 3.5 miles to the north end of the trail. Overall a great experience. George is very responsive to any questions you may have. Thank you for the wonderful experience we had! I would definitely recommend this unit as a place to stay.
