Nestled in Miami Beach, this lovely apartment hotel for $852 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A designer 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor plan at our exclusive world-renowned Carillon Wellness Spa and Beach resort can be your piece of heaven. The Carillon has won countless awards including 2022 Condé Nast Traveler Top 10 Destination Spa Resorts in the United States, and for the fourth year in a row, Carillon was also Florida’s Best Wellness Retreat 2022 by the World Spa Awards. Our gorgeous apartment is 887 SQ FT. The kitchenette area has a large island to eat at. The living area is spacious with floor to ceiling windows and comfortable to unwind watching TV or relaxing with our free wifi. The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed, a reading nook, and a very large en-suite bathroom that has everything you could possibly need; a bathtub, shower, large vanity, make-up area, private toilet, & closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom that has a shower, toilet and large vanity. Sofa bed in living room more adapted to kids rather than adults. Hair and nail salon , cabana pool bar, The Strand restaurant and The Corner Store with juice bar and coffee shop with sandwiches, pastries and small bites all a available on site & Publix + Starbucks + pharmacy across the street. Room service is also available and bike rentals on site. The ocean front boardwalk is perfect for morning jogging or walking by the beach. Following amenities are available to all hotel guests: - Full access to the beach - Access to the Cabana pool - Valet parking for one vehicle - Can pay a la carte for Spa Services like facials, salon services and massages (Please note that you automatically get full access to all the amenities for that day and no additional day pass/fees are required access to the spa or the Atlantic pool for the day if you book and pay for any spa treatments) Please note that hotel management may decide to change fee policies or service offerings at its own discretion. *VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING* SEVERAL SERVICES (SUCH AS THE SPA AND GYM) ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR RATES. DAY ACCESS TO THE SPA IS OPTIONAL AND THE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PUBLISHED RATES. GYM ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE EVEN WITH A DAY PASS PURCHASE. There is a an optional day pass to use the Spa and its full thermal experience and spa pool. The price is about $125 per guest per day (prices may vary). Details will be provided on how to purchase if interested. The hotel charges two to three times our daily rental rate and a daily fee of $60 per guest to cover these amenities. We prefer to provide you with a cheaper daily rate and with more flexibility by paying for these amenities when you use them. There may be some days you will be out of the apartment all day; shopping, sightseeing, or exploring – so why pay for the daily fees? With us, you can choose when you want to use the amenities and only pay for those days. No Smoking at all in room, or hotel resort areas other than designated areas. Please keep in mind you are our guest, in our private suite. In the event of a problem, you must contact our team, 24 hours a day.

We stayed here with two young kids (3 and under 1). The apartment is very nice and great for families. The kitchen is well stocked, with necessary utensils, cookware, microwave, small dishwasher and fridge. The bathrooms are great and beds are comfortable. The host is very fast at responding. This is not really a complaint, but something to be aware is that it is part of a wellness resort. The attendants are not very happy or welcoming to VRBO staff. The need to remember telling one set of staff we are hotel guests, another owners guests, made the experience quite uncomfortable for us. It felt like we are hiding and shouldn’t be there. If that doesn’t bother you, this apartment and the host are great.

Spacious 2bd/2 bath unit, faces NW, so not a lot of light, but otherwise just as described on the listing. Easy check in/out, nothing more than picking up/dropping off keys. Great condo for families with kids/teens, lots to do in the area and it’s close, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. Hotel pool/beach were very nice, good service. Responsive owners, took care of an issue we had within 20 mins of arriving.

Everything was very nice, location, the condo… owners were very helping with instructions about everything. The only thing that I didn’t expect was to face a wall and not have a window towards the ocean… The pictures were showing differently, and maybe it isn’t a big deal, we had everything we needed to be on the beach, just that I imagined something else. All in all we had a great time, all amenities were great.

We have visited Miami many times but this was our first time back since the Pandemic. Roland's unit was beautiful and well kept. The pictures were spot on. The location was ideal. It is a little more quiet than South Beach but exactly what we were looking for. It is also a quick ride to Lincoln Rd. and Ocean Drive. There are so many hidden gems right near the unit in terms of restaurants and little cafes. There is also a Publix and Walgreens across the street. The facilities at the complex are beautiful too! Roland was quick to respond to any of our questions. I am not sure you can find a better place to stay for a family who needs more than a hotel room:) We will definitely be back!

We had a great trip to Miami and loved this property. Location is perfect, the residence is clean, comfortable and offered our group a good amount of privacy. Beach was lovely, with good service and friendly staff. Roland and Joanna were incredibly responsive when I reached out with any question. They do their best to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon.

The place was a perfect getaway! It is spacious, clean, convenient, and the beds are dreamy! The place is very close to the pool and beach. We went to the spa and rented the bikes on the premises, both were wonderful! The owner is very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Roland’s condo was perfect for family members who came to visit us in Miami. The unit was immaculate and had easy access to all of the many amenities, including multiple pools and beach. The Carillon is an unique enclave in the north beach area with the convenience of local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and south beach and Bal Harbor a short distance away. Roland was a great host.

We stayed here for a quick getaway and it was perfect. Plenty of space, beds so comfortable, place was very clean and Roland was an amazing host. The carillon has wonderful amenities and it was great to be in the central tower, with easy access to everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, comfy beds, small kitchen. Property is in a great location with Publix and Starbucks across the street. Owner was easy and quick to communicate with. Valet service was quick.
