You MUST notify Vacasa at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. North Sea Pines Drive 44 is a beautiful, golf course view home with five spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect vacation rental for the whole family. What's nearby: Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links -- where they play the famous RBC Heritage golf tournament -- as well as Hilton Head's iconic lighthouse. Resort activities include trail rides at Lawton Stables, marina activities at Harbour Town or South Beach, dining, shopping, kayak rentals, plus miles of walking and biking paths. This rental is located on floor 1. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The house was beautiful (could use a little TLC) with an awesome location, we were very satisfied, and we would rent this house again.
Vacasa NOT so much, the person that checked us in was very rude. We called them on Monday about mold in the bathrooms and the pool needed to be cleaned. They had the pool cleaned on Tuesday but they never addressed the mold in the bathrooms.

The property is nice and clean, but there is issue with ac unit, most of the rooms are super cold, one of the room is super hot, it’s not very comfortable at the night time

We have been coming here for over a decade. We love the location, the lay-out, most everything about the property and features of this home. Some improvements have been made (Keurig machine, gutters improved), but a few could be added. A deep clean or replace of some of the rugs, upholstery, and wood floor refinish perhaps. We are grateful to have the availability of this fine property and hope to come back soon.

Perfect size and set up for our extended family including a 3 yr old and 5 mo old. Nice view of golf course and easy short bike to the beach.

Property was a great location and setup, but disappointed because of lack a cleanliness, supplies like hot pads, dish towels, and patio and pool furniture was old, and worn out.

44 N Sea Pines met all of our needs. The Vacasa staff was very responsive to the 2 small issues that required their assistance. The proximity to the beach (literally a 5 minute walk) and to all the amenities that Sea Pines offers was great.

Our family enjoyed this location with a few hiccups. We had 6 adults, 2 teenage girls (13), a 5 year old, 2 three year olds and a 1 year old that turned two while on vacation. The driveway was a little tighter than expected but still fit a car, van, and F350 truck just fine. Plenty of bedrooms which are very spacious and bathrooms. We had a pack and play for our 2 year old and we actually put her in the walk through closet in the master bedroom so we wouldn’t disturb her when we finally went to bed. We also had a little toddler air mattress that we had in our room for our 3 year old with plenty of space to still walk around. I will say the master bedroom you can hear almost everything outside the room if you have louder toddlers as the doors are French style and there’s a space in between the two when they’re closed unlike a regular door. When we first arrived we saw a cockroach right when we walked in. We contacted the property manager and they had someone out there within 10 minutes spraying. Never saw another one the entire stay. Also there was mold in the bathrooms which was also taken care of quickly. It is pretty common in the south with the humidity and if you don’t turn the fan on while you’re showering, mold can form very quickly. They do have signs in the bathrooms to leave fan on while the shower is on. The walk to the beach was a littler longer than I expected but still very doable. Our 2 year old walked it just fine and never asked to be picked up. The street was annoying to cross. Those cars come flying around the corner so keep an eye on your little ones. The pool was great! It starts around 3ft and gets to be about 6ft. I had asked this question in the chat option here but they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t have the information so just in case you were wondering. They did have stuff at the house that wasn’t noted in the amenities section so that was annoying as we brought stuff and didn’t need too and could have left at home to save room. Those things were regular coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, blender, infant crib, high chair, and a few pool noodles and floats. They do have a beach wagon and beach chairs in the garage but they’re locked up so you have to bring your own beach stuff. They have a separate wine fridge with an ice chest next to it so you have plenty of ice in addition to the refrigerator ice which was good for filling up our little coolers for the beach.
Overall a good vacation.

The 44 N Sea Pines Drive is in a great location. The house is listed as a 5 bedroom but very disappointed that one of the bedrooms is in the attic and smells musty and moldy so we couldn’t use it. All of the bathrooms were full of mold! This was hard on our toddler granddaughter that has asthma so if you have health problems I would avoid this property. The rest of the house was nice, but bathrooms need to be updated. The house is on the golf course and the pool faces it, but privacy while in the pool was good as it sits lower than the course. Also, the pool has full sun all day with no shade so the water was very warm in July.

We really enjoyed our routine summer trip to the island. The house was well suited for our needs. I suggest bringing your own pillows. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils and cookware. If you’re needing basic condiments like salt, pepper, etc bring them. Also bring beach towels. Short walk to the beach and it’s in a great location. Not overly crowded.

We had a great week and enjoyed the pool and watching the golfers hit from the tees. The bedrooms were nice and big, and the main living space was comfortable for the eight of us. The beach is a bit of a walk for those who have difficulty walking, but it will be fine for most. We were pleased.

Great location. Right on the golf course, but still close to the beach. We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 teenagers), more than enough room. The pool was great, and it was nice having the outside grills to cook. Ice machine also a huge plus. We would definitely come back.

Open Floor Plan/Close Beach Access
We LOVED the floor plan, pictures don’t do it justice! Big updated kitchen. Plenty of seating for our group. All rooms were spacious! The pool was amazing especially on rainy gloomy days! The beach access was seriously the best part as we had some little ones with us and my two year old was able to walk ! We didn’t expect it to be so close! We had some issues with mold in a couple of bathrooms on the walls. Either bc shower steam is t ventilating properly or bc vacasa has you turn thermostat completely off at check out! But we called and they came cleaned and painted , we were pleased with their response and the maintenance man that came was super friendly and professional! There wasn’t a lot of silverware so we just got plastic for the week, no pizza pan. But most all kitchen appliances and tools were there! If there was anything that needed some attention would be the bathrooms. Also the upstairs room was really musty and we didn’t feel comfortable having our teenager sleep in it , not sure I would count as a place to sleep if you are thinking of booking. But we were over all super pleased and would definitely book this house again!!! It had everything to offer for our group!

Amazing House & Location
Amazing location right on Sea Pines Atlantic Dunes course. Directly across the street from a public beach access and about a third of a mile from Sea Pines beach club. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Only issue we had were two rooms had fans that did not work... so it got pretty hot at night in those two rooms.

House is simply amazing. Pictures look good, but the house is just more amazing. Basically 1 huge level with a bedroom loft. Great for the 5 adults and 6 kids in our group. Windows, windows, windows, windows! Two have tables for kid's and adults. High end JennAir appliances and Asko dishwasher. 2 mini bar fridges and dedicated ice machine. 4 master bedroom each with private bathrooms and walk in closets. Huge two cars garage for easy parking and unloading. Extra Large driveway for easy "turn around"so you don't need to back out to main road. 2x sized laundry (Maytag Centennial). Huge pantry, loads of counter space, dishes for probably 20+ people. Beautiful TV, internet ready or even bring your Roku (easy HDMI+usb side access on TV). Double burner Weber Grill Genesis II. Multiple good strong AC units (I want to say 3 handlers, but could be just 2). Very hot hot water, and hand held shower heads in multiple bathrooms for washing the kiddies. Beach access walk way is across the street, and 3 houses down on bike path. Safe for walking 6 kids, as young as 2. Distance to beach is maybe 500-600 feet, paved. Beach was not crowded at all, easily 75-100 feet between parties.

Wonderful place to stay!!!
I loved the 3 King bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The Master King bedroom had 2 bathrooms!! Nice and spacious living areas. The island in the kitchen had space for 4 persons to cook separate items on it. We had a great time.

The perfect location, pool was clean and easy to get to, tennis courts were perfectly cleaned daily and accessible. The villa was clean, lovely in every way and always felt if a problem were to arise, help was a quick call away!
