Wow, what a charming, comfortable, updated home in Boulder! It was fully equipped and had just about everything we needed. It felt like our home away from home! Erin went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, and communication during booking and leading up to our stay was consistent and helpful. Erin provided suggestions and tips for our first time in Boulder. My husband, son, and I fell in love with Boulder; it's an outdoor adventure any time of the day, with beautiful weather and wonderful people! We will be back and hope to stay in this home again. Thank you, Erin, for putting love into this property! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Boulder.

The space was perfect for our needs. Close enough for a short run, far enough away for a good walk. It fit the listing as described, and Erin was an awesome host, trying to help us navigate our first visit to Boulder. Would rent again!

In addition, the home is well stocked with everything you will need for a great, comfortable stay. As a bonus the owner is wonderful to work with. Very cute house in a great neighborhood of Boulder. We felt like we were able to experience what it would be like to live there, which we love to do when on vacation.

We had all the information we needed at each step along the way, the house was absolutely lovely, super clean, perfectly stocked, and full of positive energy. Information and instructions were abundant and clear. We were here for my mother‘s celebration of life, and needed a good experience in a nice home with a great homeowner to help us navigate a difficult time, and that’s exactly what we got. And if you want a fantastic kitchen with all the tools and space to make good food and memories, this is the house! We’d stay here again without question. We are so grateful.

We were in Boulder for my daughters graduation from CU. The house is one of the best places we have rented in Boulder. Great location, close to campus, grocery store and restaurants walking distance and nice views from the back yard. House was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with anything you might need. I highly recommend Baseline Sub

Check in was very easy and the homeowner even had it cleaned and ready early for us. Well stocked (spices, tea etc) and loved the extra touches (plants, games, books). Central location for us to visit our college daughter and see some football. Hope to stay here again.

We found the property to be as advertised. exceptionally clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the outdoor deck. Great for breakfast coffee. Neighborhood was near the University but was also quiet a nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice stay.

We will for sure be back to this cozy home. Perfect stay and Erin was great!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely fully renovated mid-century modern house. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The deck and yard were very relaxing. The location was close to everything in Boulder as well as a great location for exploring the Rockies and Colorado. We were sad to leave!

Whole Foods and King Soopers are both about 5 minutes away. I was working most days and the Internet was fast (200 down / 5 up) and reliable. Plenty of outdoor play options for our 3yo were 5-10 minutes away, and we were able to be up in the mountains for weekend hikes in as little as 20 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again! One minor note for parents: The dining situation is counter-height seating in the kitchen. If you have really young children, that's something to keep in mind.
