This condo was an EXCELLENT choice for our stay on Tybee island. It was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable to stay in. A major upgrade overall a hotel room without a major upgrade in price. The biggest upside was proximity to the beach: it was as close as you could get without being “beachfront.” Walking back and forth several times a day was not a problem at all. There were a few negatives which were minor in our situation. The minuscule parking spot is an issue that has been noted elsewhere. We were able to barely fit our minivan in the parking spot and it didn’t move until we were ready to leave. But there was enough within walking distance (especially the beach!) that it didn’t impact us much. It was a little low on a few kitchen items (no consumable basics like salt, pepper, sugar, etc). Other than that, a great experience!

The room itself was nice. It was spacious inside, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom showers, washer dryer, just as advertised. The only thing that caught us off guard was we were under the impression that it was a beach front stay. It was not. It was about a block away from the beach so we had to walk a little further than we anticipated. Nonetheless, still a good stay. Also, the parking garage is TIGHT. If you have an average size truck or bigger, it will take some finagling to get into your space.

Two bedroom, not 3. No cable TV as stated in listing. Patio furniture was unusable. Bed was comfortable. Building needed some lights fixed, painting. Elevator was great. Parking for unit 10 will accommodate a golf cart, not a compact car.

Overall the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great time! The stopper in the tub in one of the bathrooms did not work and in the other bathroom, there was a badly patched wall, where one of the towel brackets had been broken off. The thing that caused us the greatest grief was the parking spot in the garage. I could not get in!! A Family, who was staying there saved the day when they gave us their 2nd spot. We would stay there again as long as we had a different parking spot.

This listing is central to everything on Tybee Island. Great places to eat, everyone is friendly, ect. This unit has an extremely small parking spot. When they say compact car, they mean compact. Street parking is expensive at $42 a day and the machines will sometimes not spit out a receipt leaving you unable to get a refund from the company renting you the unit. That is the only complaint I had. We had 2 cars @ $42 a day, 2 days. Was $168 of unexpected fees.

Had a great time. Tybee Island is awesome very peaceful. I just didn’t like it when Channing Tatum was filming his movie and he kept racing up and down the road trying to get me to come outside! So annoying… lol! Jk

We stayed here and put on our reservations 6 people would be staying. The first night my husband and I slept on the couch and chair because there wasn’t enough bedding. They also did not provide us enough towels. So the following day after multiple complaints they dropped off sheets only. We had requested blankets, towels and pillows for the sofa sleeper. It never did show up. The rental was filthy. We showered and our feet were black just walking around after. There was blood on the wall and cabinet. Not to mention fecal matter on the walls and shower curtain in the bathrooms. The walls and doors were all super dirty from people touching them. We are filing a formal complaint to the company.

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The complex itself was not as inviting- puke on the floor outside the elevator, dirty elevator, very small pool. Pool was on the roof which was fun- once we found it and got a code to get in. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, stores. Tiny parking spots were a drawback but we didn’t have to drive much.

Upon checking in was great ! Room was clean and ready for us to start our vacation . 2 tv’s one living room, master bedroom, The view from our room was really cool . One block from the ocean . The parking is not the best!! The parking is really really tight . That’s putting it mildly . The spots to park in would be good if your drive a golf cart .. or a sub compact car. They do have 2 spots to park in unit 17 and 5 I think …. That are a little bigger for like a small truck.. parking on the street is $3.50 per hour from 8am-8pm. That’s $42.00 plus tax a day to park .. from 8pm-8am no charge to park . In closing Vacasa did say the parking is really tight …. So bring your smallest car . The apartment was very nice and clean ..

The accommodations were nice. Rooms were a little smaller than appear online. However decor was very upbeat and beachy. Parking in #10 was very stressful. It is an understatement that the spot is narrow. I had a medium sedan and struggled backing it in. Other than that, I would come back but with a much smaller car.

The condo was roomy and decorated exceptionally nice. The balcony was the best because we could view Butler Street & the South end of the beach. We were warned about the parking but it was far worse than explained. We scratched our SUV. Another tenant finally loaned us her parking space. There were items missing like hangers, trash cans, broom, hot pads, sheet pan, several of these we bought ourself.

Beautiful condo very convenient to everything! But if you have a large vehicle for #10, you will have to pay for parking at the street. Absolutely no way to get into that tiny spot! But I guess it’s worth it for the location convenience.

I enjoyed our stay. Good location a little noisy but it was good. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room was nice but the floor was sticky and the pillow cases had makeup stains on them. The elevator did not work the day we got there but was working when we left. The tv was not working. We were only there 4 days so we did not bother with it.

Condo was is in good location. Walking distance to everything. Needs major improvements. Furniture was very old and worn out. Mattress were very uncomfortable and old. Condo would be very awesome if there was new furniture and mattress. Loved the balcony because you can see the beach and everything that is happening on the island. Walking distance to everything, including the beach.
