Situated in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for $514 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Waterscape A212 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This condo has a splendid view of the Pools and Tropical Garden and Oasis. Unit A212 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues and earthy brown tones this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, and a sitting area with a TV/ DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We love the convenience of this condo, with nearby access to pool and beach. Everything was clean and in good condition. Vacasa ensured that our experience went smoothly from checkin to checkout. We enjoyed our weekend vacation (wish we could have stayed longer) and look forward to returning again soon.

This is our annual vacation spot. We love the Destin area and we always stay in this exact condo year after year. Decor is lovely, it’s always clean. Very easy access to the 2nd floor pool and grill! Will be beck next year❤️

Room was very clean, excellent pool access with easy access to surrounding restaurants, stores and entertainment. Ocean was a disaster but that’s not the resorts issue. Terrible seaweed and algae issue. The check in process could have been better because the key code we were emailed to the room was incorrect. We arrived after the office closed which should have been ok. Our contact asked us to check in via text since we were arriving late. Stayed on hold with customer service for a lengthy time. Clearly running in a skeleton crew since I called security and was still placed on hold for over 20 min. I’m normally a patient person and this would not concern me. However, it was late, we were tired and wanted in our room. We also paid over 4K to stay here so I would have liked more prompt attention. Overall, the room and amenities were very nice and would recommend to others but will look at other places as well in the future due to $$$.

The location of this condo is awesome. It’s close to the exit to the upper pool and play area. We stayed here last November for 3 weeks and loved it. Thank you!

The patio furniture fell apart on us on our first day while we were there because it was so rusted. Maintenance came and removed the table and two chairs and it was not replaced with anything else. The high top table that was left there was so rusted we had to put a towel down over it to keep from getting stabbed by the sharp pieces.and it was all over the deck and dangerous to walk on. The love seat was comfortable but the couch cushions were so flat you were setting in the wood bar. If these things were fixed it would get a FIVE star. We loved the decorations. And we wished the tv was a smart tv for our little ones who can be occupied by their Netflix shows.

A212 was beautiful! Perfect floor, close to parking ramp, close to pool! Balcony overlooks pool! Decorations in A212 were beautiful! Kitchen was fully stocked with every cup, bowl, utensil and cooking item you needed! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first condo stay in florida and it didnt disappoint. This room has easy access to the upper and lower level pools, the parking garage on the first level, trash chute, and even the DVD rental machine. With 4 small kids all under the age of 7 location is key! The room was spacious and clean they even have oscillating fans in the bedrooms which was a huge perk. If I had to be finicky about something I would say they need to switch out their rugs. The living room and bathroom rug looked like they have been plenty used and just need to be replaced. But really this condo is amazing and vacasa went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
