Located in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $272 per night is a great choice for your next break. 2023 Upgrades - Deluxe Vinyl Plank Flooring Throughout; Granite Kitchen Countertops; new Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances; Guest Bathroom Vanity, Light, and Mirror; Comfort Height Elongated Toilets in both bathrooms; Lighted Exhaust Fans in both bathrooms; and Lighted Ceiling Fans in Kitchen and both bedrooms. Walk-in shower in Guest Bathroom. There is no monthly payment option for lengthy stays. We rent strictly through VRBO to guests 25 or older. No pets allowed. Homeowner Association rules limit occupancy to 6 guests or less. Unit B-109 in Ocean Forest Villas is a direct Oceanfront unit on the first floor. Ocean Forest Villas consists of 5 buildings, A through E, located in the beautiful Cabana Row section of Myrtle Beach. Each building has 3 floors and 16 or 17 condos on each floor. There are no elevators making the 1st Floor unit most convenient. From the parking lot, walk up only 7 steps or use the handicapped access ramp. New living room furniture was added in 2022. There are 3 flat screen Smart TV's . The TV's in the living room (55 inch) and master bedroom (43 inch) are connected to cable. The TV in the second bedroom (32 inch) is not. There is a DVD player in the second bedroom. There are blackout curtains throughout. The Kitchen has full size appliances - refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove with smooth top, dishwasher and microwave, all upgraded to stainless steel. There is a Mister Coffee coffeemaker as well as a Keurig machine and 4-slice toaster. It is well stocked with utensils, cookware, and glassware and has a crock pot. It includes a table with seating for 6. The living room has a love seat, Queen size sleep sofa, easy chair that swivels, coffee table, end tables, and TV console. It has a 55 inch Smart TV that is connected to cable. It has a sliding door to the private balcony and window with amazing views of the ocean. The master bedroom furniture includes a king size bed, large dresser, and 2 night stands with lamps. There is a 43 inch smart TV that is connected to cable. It also has a sliding door to the private balcony and window with amazing views of the ocean. There is a door leading to a private bathroom complete with toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer. There is also a large closet. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. It has a toilet, vanity sink, and a tub/shower combination. New walk-in shower was installed mid-April 2023. The 2d bedroom includes 2 double beds, a night stand with lamp, a 32 inch smart TV, and a DVD player. The TV in this bedroom is not connected to cable. This room also has a large closet. Utility Closet has beach chairs and beach toys, boogie board, cooler and umbrella with anchor for guest use. Located in one of Myrtle Beach’s most prestigious neighborhoods, known as “the Golden Mile,” and “Cabana Row.” OFV is situated with a long stretch of lovely residential homes that separate it from the humongous high rises and crowded beach of downtown. Close to downtown, Broadway at the Beach, loads of attractions, shopping, golfing, and both casual and fine dining, in any cuisine you can imagine. From November through March, we offer low off-season rates for stays of at least 30 days. Condo may be booked up to 6 months in advance. Property is monitored with a Ring doorbell camera outside the front door.

We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach. This end of the Grand Strand is so wonderful…. Not full of high rises. The view was amazing, directly at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and maintained. We are very pleased.

Beach front and safe, we enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and the quick walk to the sand was crucial since we have a 2 and 5 year old. Property owner responded right away, had access key all set up as I drove down so I knew exactly what to do well before arriving. Clean place, great kitchen!!, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

What a great place. The location is amazing. We were first timers to Myrtle Beach and it was awesome. Thomas was great with communication and the condo was better than advertised. It had everything you need for the beach. This includes toys and boogie boards for the kids. The view is amazing. We can’t wait to return to Myrtle Beach and this place. We played golf (kids play free at most courses). We went fishing on the beach, and at the Apache Pier. Of course we spend most of our time at the beach. It is really nice to have a short walk back to make lunch, or take that important mid day map. The condo was found clean and orderly. Don’t worry about the “small” bathroom or shower. I am 6’5 and didn’t have a problem with it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. The “starter” pack of toiletries and amnesties is much better than expected and lasted for a few days. To say we were pleased is an understatement!!!

Lovely condo. Beautifully maintained. We found the unit to be clean and stocked with all the essentials for a family. The location is great! Very easy walk to the beach and only a small flight of steps to access the first-floor unit. The master bathroom is pretty small but there is a very roomy second bath only a few steps away if that is a concern. The view from the living room, master bedroom, balcony is amazing! If you love watching the ocean even when not on the beach, this condo surely provides that opportunity beautifully! Great access to outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, charcoal and gas grills also add to the experience. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend staying here!

This is a great 2 bed/2bath condo that has a lot of great upgrades. Loved the nice, quiet location. Saw dolphins from balcony 2 days in a row! Owners are great to work with. Would like to stay there again.

Unit was very clean with exception of master bath. Shower and commode really need a deep clean by housekeeping. Bath mat was wet and soured. Shower head desperately needs replaced. Kitchen was well equipped and furniture in unit was very nice.

The condo was good for the three of us and is in a nice quiet location across from the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items in the condo which was great. Communication with the owner was great, he was very responsive. The check in and out process was easy. We had a terrific vacation and plan on going back to the area in the future.

Mom and I stayed at this property before. It was our first stay at this unit. We were happy with check in. The unit stayed at a comfortable temperature. We slept well. The view and convenience to the area was the same as we had found before. Check out wax a breeze. We will return to this unit if it is available.

The best feature of the condo was it’s balcony with the view of the ocean, we enjoyed it every morning as well as other parts of the day. The living room was very comfortable with new furniture and a nice tv , not that we watch much tv with so much to do close by. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults.
