Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a great extended stay. Full size appliances and washer/dryer in unit. A short 2 min walk to the beach! From the large balcony with seating for 4 and a table, you have a great view of the rides at Family Kingdom Amusement Park and can watch the fireworks on 4th of July and NYE! Outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, gas grills, picnic tables, basketball and tennis courts all on the gated property. Great beach decor will have you in a coastal state of mind! Black out curtains in every room and a fireplace will keep you cozy year round! 2 queen beds and 2 couches can sleep 6 comfortably. 55" TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Games, cards and DVDs in the storage of the fireplace. Basketball, tennis balls and racquets, frisbee, Velcro catch game and grill set to use stored in the in unit laundry room along with 2 beach chairs and a cart equipped with wheels made for the sand! Fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals away from home. Storage containers for leftovers too! Just bring your clothes and toiletries and RELAX! Extra blankets are in the chests in the living room. So close to many attractions. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach! Family Kingdom amusement park is an 8 min walk as well! The airport, 2 miles away. The attractions at the boardwalk are only 1.5 miles. Restaurants, shopping, ziplining, 2nd Street pier, mini golf, water park, helicopter rides all within 5 miles! Contactless check in. Enjoy the ease of going straight to your condo and not having to return keys to an off site location. We will be available around the clock to answer any questions you may have. The room was beautiful and super clean! Location was great and we had a lot of dining/shopping options near us, as well as a short walk to the beach. Only reason I took a star for location/neighborhood, one of the neighbors smoked weed constantly so the room smelled of weed the entire week we stayed there. That isn’t the owners fault but made the time spent in the room a bit unpleasant at times. Other than that, my family and I had a great time on our vacation and we loved the condo itself! The host was very pleasant and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Thank you again, April!

Just a short walk to the beach!! Wonderful view of the pretty amusement park lights at night! We got a chance to see the super moon rising. The property had everything necessary. It was clean. We had no reason to reach out to the owner at any point. We would definitely go back!!!

April was awesome! She let us in to the condo early and communicated very well. The condo was clean and very homey. LOTS of tourists in the building so it did smell like weed for most of our trip, however it was at least good weed. You just know when you smell it.

Nice place! Very comfortable. The owners put a lot of work in to it. The beach amenities were awesome. Had beach chairs and towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room to spread out.

Our host was great to communicate with. She was quick to respond and was very helpful. The condo was clean and felt very homie. It is in a great location. We felt safe and its in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We would to stay again in the future.

Decent, wasn’t what I was expecting. Female security guard was very rude. She sat and watched me and my granddaughter like we were prisoners. Not really able to relax and enjoy ourselves on the balcony. Other guests complained as well.

I had worked in hospitality for over 15 years and I am ridiculously critical! However, I must say that this property was one of the CLEANEST places I have ever stayed in! I honestly inspected the place from top to bottom and in all crevices and couldn't find anything wrong. Not only that, but the property was AS DESCRIBED and then some. She doesn't use "stock photos" as other Vrbo properties do. The pictures are ACTUAL views from the condo and she isn't trying to be deceptive AT ALL! Communication was above and beyond! This property owner was SO personable! I had a million questions but she didn't mind. I actually had another realtor accuse me of "being a potential problem" last year because I asked too many questions. Security was TOP NOTCH! I was alone one day at the pool and as i was leaving...two younger guys tried to sneak past me. Before I realized what was going on...Security came out of nowhere and stopped them from accessing the pool. I could honestly talk forever about how nice, family oriented, clean and secure this property is. It was definitely a little smaller than others we have booked but it was PERFECT! Thanks a million for helping to create memories for my family and I. My little guy, who just turned 7 didnt want to leave! That spoke volumes to me as a mother. Thank you so much for everything and your hospitality! You are appreciated more than you will ever know! ❤️❤️❤️

I saw this condo as one of the 1st options for Mother's Day weekend and after seeing how many stars it had and so many reviews, I had to learn more. The reviews were amazing and the pictures looked like it was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our 3 boys. The condo was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at which made me feel comfortable and at home! The decorations were very nice and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We couldn't beat the location with only a short walk to the beach and we were very close to a lot of our favorite places to go while we are at Myrtle! As soon as I booked the reservations, April the owner messaged me and was so nice and personal! I will definitely be staying there again next time we go for another weekend trip!!!! Thank you April for an amazing experience!!!!

This condo was exactly as pictured and in a prime area. Two minute walk to the beach, which you can see from the balcony. Kitchen well equipped and a W/D available. There is only one parking pass, but outside the gate is plenty of parking spaces. We will definitely rent again.

This property was excellent. We needed to be close to family to visit a terminal family member to help with care. We also needed to spend some quality time with two teenagers. We were able to give everyone space. The pictures were just what was displayed. The home was welcoming. We had a great time. Would recommend, April was great.

The property was everything as advertised. Clean, comfortable and met our expectations. Resolved an issue with HVAC leak very quickly and communicated with us on the progress. Nice location and property was cleaned daily.. Highly recommended.

Thank you to our host April for a wonderfully stay. Full kitchen and 2 beautiful bds with 2 ensuite, ideal for 2 couples. It was 2 min. walking distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and the spa. The location was perfect! We would definitely book again👌!!!

This property couldn’t have been at a better location. We were able to walk to the beach and the amusement park where we visited twice because my son had so much fun. The property has its own beach wagon and everything else you need to enjoy the sand. Each room having its own bathroom was a major plus as well. The property owner is available at all times and has great communication! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The online description was accurate and the host was quick to respond to any questions. April let us check in 3 hours earlier than scheduled. Security for the place is a stickler about every thing but especially about parking! I would stay here again if I ever came back to Myrtle Beach.
