My group of friends, husband, and I rented this house out for our time at Gen Con. Kathleen was very informative and we were very happy to have our own homey place to come to after a long day at the convention center.

This place was perfect for our family during our wedding weekend. Easy access to the interstate, 3 min. tops. So clean and accommodating. Kathleen was an amazing host!

The house is lovely, clean and large enough for a crowd. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath which was great. Owner was very responsive and overall it was a great stay.

We are VRBO "frequent flyers." This would rate in our Top 10 all time over 3+ decades of rentals. Probably one of the best equipped and stocked home we have stayed in all over the USA. We had two issues during our stay, a chirping smoke alarm and a lock out of our own actions. Both handled promptly with a phone message/text. Kathleen was a joy to work with. The only drawback is the Indy PD needs to run some radar or the City needs to install speed bumps on 38th Street. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was perfect for our family (7 adults, 1 teen) to stay when visiting my nephew at Butler. It's only 1.5 miles from campus so super convenient for running back and forth.
The house itself, was great for a big group with 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and a kitchen that is great for cooking and just hanging out. Everything was spotless and personally, I appreciated the extra fall decor to make it feel like home.
The only thing to be aware of is the house is on a busy street that cars feel compelled to race down. The parking and yard are in the back so the busy street isn't an issue outside of the noise and in most of the bedrooms, you can't really hear it.
Kathleen was great with communication and accommodating when I asked for an early check-in. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and she is definitely one of the best owners.
We hope to be back next year.

The house is absolutely amazing! Everything top to bottom are updated and gorgeous. Every room has its own bathroom, plenty of space to hang out too. It’s 5 mins from the children’s museum as well as any stores.
The outdoor area with a fire pit made the entire trip even better- we roasted marshmallows with the kids at night!
We would book again at this location & plan to!
Owner was very kind and they made sure the house was stocked. Check out process was fabulous- was able to leave without doing too much!

We used this beautiful VRBO as a central location for a bridal shower. Guest from OH,IN,IL and some flew from AZ. This property is just lovely and was perfect for the large group of ladies we hosted

Updated, Spacious Home!
It was clear that the property has recently been updated. There were many newer appliances, décor, etc. Although there were a few very minor details that had not been done yet (i.e. handle on the pocket door), nothing was a major issue. The house was more than enough space for our large group. Each bedroom had a full bath, there were two full kitchens and a bathroom in the main living space. The garage and outdoor area was also a great hang out space! Plenty of parking for our trucks. The location was a short drive into a downtown. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling, especially with a larger group.

Great Spot for Larger Group
Rented the place for a buddies golf trip. Worked out perfectly. Plenty of room inside. Large kitchen made meals easy with the group. Would stay again!

I cannot recommend this property enough - it was a wonderful experience for my family and I when we were in town for my brother's wedding. The house is very well stocked with just about anything you could need when you are looking for a home away from home. The property has recently been updated and we thoroughly enjoyed the new kitchen and all of its amenities.
The property owner was extremely responsive and flexible to our needs, I have never worked with someone who was so willing to accommodate us, I am very appreciative!
I hope to make it back up to Indy soon so I can stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect family home
Beautiful home where our host went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. She supplied us with extra linens and an air mattress. The home well clean and the kitchen stocked with all essentials to prepare meals. The fire pit area was an added bonus. Will book again for our next conference!

Great place in a great space!
Everything at Marthas was a wonderful experience. The yard space was delightful to sit and talk.. The kitchen has everything you need and we got some bigger pans as we cooked a lot!

Fabulous house inside and out!
My fiance and I rented this property for a weekend with close family and friends. Kathleen was gracious enough to allow us to have a small engagement get together in the beautiful back yard of the property! She went over the top and made sure we had everything we needed and was very swift in replying to any queries and questions we had.
The house is absolutely gorgeous, especially the master bedroom! The house is extremely clean and newly renovated. We had 8 guests sleeping comfortably. The backyard is mostly where we hung out, with enough chairs and stools to sit around the fireplace in the gazebo.
Definitely worth renting if you are just exploring the city as well as looking for staycation in Indy!
