Okay but spoilt by very noisy AC.

Modern design hotel and good value breakfast.

Air Conditioning in room was very noisy and my wife and I got very little sleep due to the noise.

State of the Art Boutique Hotel - one of a kind

Location, design/archi of interior and exterior - rooms, staff, quality of service, etc.

Our stay was amazing. We will be coming back again and again. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms are comfy and clean.

Disappointing

The property was good and the staff friendly and efficient

We liked the property but the whole experience was completely ruined because we were assured that our security deposit would be instantly refunded when we checked out. This did not happen. Three people at reception assured us that the refund had been processed. Two did this in person at Reception. One checked and confirmed the refund when we rang the following day. We checked out on 8.2.24. It is now end of day 13.2.24 and our refund has not arrived. This is totally unacceptable and is a betrayal of your word. This deception prevents us from giving this otherwise good hotel a good rating.

Ein modernes Hotel an zentraler Lage

Freundliche Bedienung an der Rezeption. Modernes Hotel an Zentrale Lage direkt am Flughafen, kein Fluglärm. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein relativ grosszügiges Frühstück.

Überall plädiert man für Nachhaltigkeit wie auch Naturschutz und Wassersparen. Für das Frühstück gilt dies scheinbar nicht. Zur heutigen Zeit wird immer noch Plastik und teilweise Bambus Besteck und Geschirr verwendet. Zimmer minimalistisch eingerichtet. (keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Dose tissue Papier. Das Hotel fährt nach eigener Aussage eine etwas andere Strategie. Möchte man eine Reinigung des Zimmers haben zahlt man dafür $9,- dies um den Zimmerpreis zu drücken. In diese Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass dies inklusive ist.

Compared to other hotels in that area good value for the price, but ....

I like the rooms and the loft industrial interieur design. In regarsds to american breakfast I guess this is not bad regarding the variety of breakfast options with toast, bagels, wafles, bacon etc.

Wish there was a coffe machine and coffe in the room. I wish the tables for breakfast were cleaned properly and I do absolutely not like eating from plastic plates etc. Room cleaning costs extra and towels are also not replaced by itself. Bad service

Facility was OK. Very minimalistic but adequate ..very disappointing that we could not cancel secon

Called several days before visit to cancel second day, but was told that it was impossible to get a refund for the second day which I had paid for. Was extremely disappointed, obviously to lose the money for the second day because our plans had changed and we were not able to stay and we tried to cancel ahead of time.

Die Lage ist ok, wenn einen die Flugzeuge nicht stören, da das Hotel direkt neben dem Flugplatz liegt. Zimmer ganz modern, Betonwände und Decken ohne Farbe, aber das macht man ja heute so, spart viel Geld. Ausstattung ist aber als gut zu bezeichnen.

Das angebotene Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse nur unterster Standard, auch hier, wie bei vielen anderen Hotels und den doch hohen Preisen, Plastikbesteck und Pappteller !

Zimmer schön, Lage suboptimal

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr modern. Besonders fanden wir die Aufteilung von Dusche und WC.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich und wir fanden es nicht gut, dass soviel Müll produziert wird. Alles Einweggeschirr nicht sehr nachhaltig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, die Tür konnte man nicht richtig verschließen was dazu führte dass es nachts extrem laut war.

Disappointing.

The coffe was so weak I wasn’t sure I had coffee. The dispenser labeled orange emitted red liquid the attendant said was grapefruit juice. Tasteless.

There was no hair dryer in the room. Every other hotel I’ve been to in recent years had a coffee maker, k cup in room. None here.

Nice boutique hotel. Well located. Clean property. Very friendly staff.

Bed and pillow could use an update. King bed was sunk in the middle and pillows were very uncomfortable. Glad that I took my own pillow but sad that I forgot it and when I called that same afternoon to retrieve it they said they couldn’t find it?

Everything. Modern, clean, and great staff. I stay at this hotel whenever I am in town and it never disappoints. Austin at the front desk was great as always.

I would definitely book here again!

We loved how unique it was & the amenities they offered. The gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

It was not disclosed that we had to pay extra to use the facilities/amenities like the gym, pool, WiFi, sauna. It wasn’t pricey to use, just would have been nice to know in advance.

Not very relaxing comfy ambiance in the rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable.

The rooms looked like prison cells with cement walls and ceilings. There was no separate bathroom. One door was for the shower stall or the toilet.

A wonderful place to stay! It was like being in a small apartment!

The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and wonderful! The property was clean. The restaurant was a great experience!! One of the best dining I’ve experienced! 7 course meal pairing with wine! The breakfast in the morning was very good as well! I can’t say enough about the awesome staff!!!!!!! So friendly and helpful!

On the 5th floor the weird broken chair / couch! It did make it funny because the lit up sign says this is where the magic happens! 😂🤣

Hervorragend , gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist ein relativ neues Gebäude mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Personen gereist und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz, der Wohn- und Schlafbereich war abgegrenzt, zusätzlich hatten wir noch einen großen Balkon. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen und die stark befahrene Straße waren mit geschlossen Türen und Fenstern fast gar nicht zu hören. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut, es gab 2 Waffeneisen, Rührei, Würstchen und Kartoffelecken. Dazu noch verschiedene Sorten Cornflakes.

Besser könnte sein, dass in den Hotels wieder verwendbares Geschirr und Besteck verwendet werden würde. Das betrifft allerdings nicht nur dieses Hotel.
