The property and house were exactly as advertised. Small, but clean and cozy. Nice view of the lake and just a few steps away from the water. Perfect for kayaking. A bit weedy for swimming. We mostly just waded in the water. Location is great. Close to lots of things to do.

The tiny house was fine but better suited for a younger family. My wife and I are in our sixties and the thin mattress on the foldout sofa didn't do it for us. She used the sofa and I used one of the bunks. I kept hitting my head on the upper bunk when lying down or getting up and I'm only 5'5". To be fair this was listed as a camp. It's not a motel room. So expect a camp experience. We're from NYC so we like to lock the front door when we're out but the lock on the sliding glass door was unworkable. We just gave up on it and accepted that the area was idyllic enough not to worry about it. Our motivation for getting out of town was the pursuit of peace and quiet in a rural setting. Unfortunately the owner was doing construction work on the property during our stay. A backhoe and dump truck was being used for excavation for part of the day every day for the four days we were there. Perhaps the owner didn't want us to get homesick for the cacophony we left at home. The owner did do us a kindness by advising us to bring bottled water due to the high iron content in the tap water. Well, iron was the least of it. The strong smell of sulphur kept us out of the shower for the duration. This is common to the area I later found out so I'll just chalk that up to the price of an education. Otherwise the lake was beautiful and the weather was great for hiking, fishing, and an evening camp fire. We did manage to enjoy ourselves.

The house exceeded our expectations. Small, but completely functional, clean, nicely decorated . Having the BBQ was an extra bonus. The best part of it all though was the setting, unbelievable view of the lake, our own dock and peace and quiet. We would absolutely stay there again. Just one suggestion, maybe put some more hooks in the bathroom to hang more things. Thank you!

This tiny house was prefect for our stay in the Finger Lakes. The picnic table, Adirondack chairs by fire pit and down by lake were perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Docking our boat at the house was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
