Situated in Vestavia Hills, this lovely house for $371 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Read all please : This Birmingham home is strategically located in a quite wonderful family oriented neighborhood, with lots of privacy and nature around. It has been newly renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous hardwood floors although the house, great gourmet kitchen and spa type bathrooms. With a back porch to take time to sip a coffee, talk with friends and relax. The house is entirely dedicated to our guest it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, back porch, a fabulous kitchen lots of counter space, one of the bedrooms is located in basement. It’s very cozy, warm welcoming home. Kitchen has most everything you will need to prepare family meals like Plates Silverware Knifes Coffee mugs Glasses Cutting board Utensils Serving bowls Spaghetti strainer Pyrex’s Hand towels Pots and pens Some baking sheets Preparation bowls -As to for small appliances: Mixer Blender Double toaster Rice maker 2cups Coffeemaker 8-12cups Electric tea kettle We do provide with starting of toilet papel, shampoo, body wash, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dish detergent. You will have to shop for your needs just like at home as what we provide can be or not sufficient for your group. For the protection of our guest and the property we have cameras outside premises to help us close monitoring. We encourage our guest to read all descriptions and most important the rules. Home it’s for “guest” ONLY staying, no one else is to be at the property. We do not allow Parties or Gatherings at our property. In the case of traveling players only 2 children will be allowed “for any sport” we do not under any circumstances will accept sharing the price of stay, ONE family one responsible. We do not allow any TABACO product to be consumed in our home, neither are cigarettes or e-cigarettes. Pets, service dogs or animals of any kind are not allow in our home. We will appreciate guest to follow our rules as we want you to have a great experience “fail to comply will result in termination of stay without refund”. When sending a Booking request include a message telling me a little bit about yourself, this trip and the guest traveling with you, it will allow us to get to know our guest and feel comfortable before your arrival. To our golfers 🏌️♂️you can store and carrie your equipment through the garage and keeping it there will facilitate transportation coming and going, feel free to utilize it. Last but not least I will be happy to accommodate “late check out” however there is a fee of $80 only until 12noon, if you planning of be there after then it will be consider an extended stay at stablished price, understand that we run in a schedule and Cleanning service have to be there a certain time or will not service our home, Best thing let me know ahead of time. We chose this location due to its close proximity to Park Crest. Preparing for our daughter's wedding, we had various family members stay with us. It is a well done remodel of a house and functions well as a VRBO. It would have been nice to have twin beds in one of the rooms for a brother/sister room.

We booked the house to play some RTJ Trail courses. The kitchen was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Newly remodeled upstairs. Downstairs could use some updating. With that said we would stay there again.

It was awesome. After spending a week at the dragon and riding all the mountain roads it was great to come to a very clean, beautiful and relaxing home. The girls hung out at the house and the guys went to Barbers motorcycle museum.
Great host, neighborhood and great location. We will keep this location as one of our favorite site. This is an annual trip for us. I highly recommend this location.

I had the pleasure of staying in this home while visiting Birmingham. The house is in a very nice, family oriented neighborhood with access to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and much more. The cleanliness of the house was immaculate, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need, bed was very comfortable. I took advantage of the lovely screened in porch each morning, where I would enjoy a cup of coffee. Check in was smooth and the owner was very accommodating and on hand should you need anything.
A very lovely home, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Birmingham.

A bit of a rough start due to airline delays. This caused caused undue distress to the host and myself. Following a brutally honest conversation, I was able to make it yo the property. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The picture of the outside of the property doesn’t do it justice. This is a beautiful place. It’s clean, well appointed, near many great places. The bedroom, bathrooms, Kitchen, and living areas are laid out beautifully. I was surprised to see an incredible living space on the basement level. Yeli leaves clear, concise instructions on how to care for the property, and makes herself available for her guests. She seemed a little overbearing during our first conversations, however it’s understandable when you consider the work and resources that she put into the property and the horror stories that some guest create. Now that we have “broken the ice” in our relationship, if she would have me back, I would definitely have to consider this beautiful property for my next Birmingham get away.

My sisters and I enjoyed our visit. The house is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were large. The floor plan is open so we could visit while cooking, eating or watching tv.

Let’s start with the positives; it’s a beautiful home with a beautiful neighbourhood. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the patio, backyard. The negatives; The house was v cold in the evenings, we couldn’t control the thermostat bc it was in a lock box. The most frustrating thing about staying at this vbro is the lack of trust/communication from owner. I say lack of trust b/c we were constantly being watched by some women (either owner or owners friends). I understand checking in once or twice but to constantly be watched by women who was ‘pretending’ to garden, go on a walk, or who were literally parked outside the house when we were out and then turned off car and lights as soon as we got home, was uncomfortable. My brother brought his dog in afternoon to show the family and took him to the backyard.The owner called and said a neighbour had alerted her that a dog on the property. My brother explained he was only in the backyard and was leaving. She was fully ok with it and said to clean up if does poo. My brother took dog off property right after the phone call. We had agreed to check out from Vrbo at 12pm the following day. The owner agreed to this prior to booking as it was the one favour we asked for before booking. After the owner called about the dog that day, she messaged to say she needed us out by 9am the next day as she forgot the cleaner was scheduled for 9am. This message was sent the day before checkout. My brother replied that we agreed noon checkout prior to booking. We said we could leave by 11am at the earliest. This somehow really upset the owner. she sent through a late fee of $80 right-away and a $150 charge for having a dog on the property. We got a call during dinner when these messages were coming. It ended up being a mediator who was called by the owner demanding we pay ‘outstanding bills.’ We explained that owner was very rude and that we had screenshot of owner agreeing for 12pm checkout. Instead of apologising for changing her mind on us, she was being rude. We settled with a $50 late fee to be paid and checkout at 10am. After she was paid late fee charge the following day, my brother called to tell her we had checked out.She went on to apologise for the ‘confusion’ the night before & promised to make it up to us next time we stay with her. She didn’t reimburse the $50/ apologize for her behavior. I hope this review helps her learn about the importance of empathy/kindness to guests. It goes a long, long way!

Totally updated home in family-friendly neighborhood in Birmingham. All instructions were clear and Yeli makes the check in process smooth. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for all our cooking needs. Everything, and I mean everything, felt brand new and well cared for. You can tell there is a lot of pride in the details of the home and how it has been maintained. It was a lot more spacious on the inside than anticipated and there's even a very nice screened patio to enjoy the outdoors. You won't regret booking this home for your stay in Birmingham.

the house was clean and worked well for our purposes. The host checked in to ensure all was good but we really didn't need anything. Nothing over the top but no complaints either. My brother rented a different VRBO at the same time we were in Birmingham; his place was similar but less money... I have stayed in a number of VRBO's and it is usually the "little things" that make the difference. A fruit basket on arrival or an early check in that shows the customer the host is grateful for the money they have received. All said and done, no complaints or surprises here.

What a lovely, comfortable home! There are so many little touches that the owners have gone out of their way to add in order to make the house a comfortable and pleasant place to be. And from what I understand, they are continuing to make upgrades and improvements as time goes on. Would be great for families and other groups, but also lovely for a solo or couples special getaway.
The neighborhood is very safe and is great for taking a walk or hanging out in the yard. It is very close to lots of good restaurants, and it’s convenient to attractions in the area.
The great room and other common areas are wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, plus some delightful extras. Loved hanging out on the screened-in porch!
The host was SO helpful and pleasant to work with. Any time I messaged with a question, I got a helpful reply right away. She even offered to FaceTime to talk me through how to work the tub in the master bath when I couldn’t figure it out!
Would love to stay here again.

Beautifully renovated and styled. My adult family loved having room to spread out and get some work done as they were away from the office, then there was plenty of seating to enjoy hangin out together. The owner was quick and excellent in communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Yeli’s home. The home was very clean and well stocked. It was in a great location, centrally located to all birmingham has to offer. You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes. The neighborhood was residential and felt well
maintained and safe. Yeli was very responsive and communication was easy. We had a lovely trip and would stay here again.
