We had a great time at this beautiful river side property which has all amenities and has access to the white river from the backyard. Kids had a fun time and plenty of beds / rooms to accomadate families / friends Host is amazing and very helpful Thanks a lot for renting your place to us

Everything was great! The only surprise was you had to walk through master bedroom to get to upstairs bedrooms. Very convenient location and quiet street. We plan to come back next year!!

This home is wonderful and so special! There are 18 sleeping places, 20 if you count the pull-out couch!! With two kitchen areas, the food was a breeze to prepare, serve, and eat. Our game center was the screened back porch and our visiting center was the long back porch with plenty of chairs and fire pit with wood provided. There was another game room upstairs, but we loved the outdoor space for Mexican Train games. The whole Mountain View area was easily accessible but not too close to feel the crowds. This was our second visit. We are also scheduled for next year.

I'm a first time VRBO renter. This couldn't of been easier and the property was just as listed. We did contact the owner about a small issue but it was handled quickly and it was no big hassle to get it resolved. The stay was very nice. Accommodations were very comfortable and everything is basically provided for. The view and serenity was just what we were wanting. The family has already asked to book this place again on our next trip to Arkansas. Thank you all so much for making this so easy.

My family of 10 had a wonderful stay at the cabin. There was plenty of room and everything we needed to cook our meals. Great location right on the river. Cool breezes came off the cold White River. Very beautiful spot. Allison was very responsive with any questions and provided us with a great swimming hole to spend the day. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Allison!

We had a wonderful time. It was very relaxing and everything was a described. We will be back!

EVERY ONE WAS COMFORTABLE

My husband and I, our two grown sons and their families all came together for some family time. Wonderful location, beautiful home with plenty of room. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. Enjoyed sitting on the porch looking out at the River. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn't work in the main Kitchen and it could use some attention, but with that said we would stay here again. It was a very nice place and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay! 3 family’s we teens/toddlers — plenty of room and such a enjoyable stay!!!

The dishwasher in the main kitchen was broken, there were ants all over cabinets and we saw a mouse. Thankfully, I was able to call my son ( who works for pest control company and was coming the day after we arrived) and he brought something to kill the ants and sticky trap for the mouse. The upstairs shower leaked through the floor into kitchen underneath. The day after we arrived the owner sent us a text about the broken dishwasher and shower. Maybe those were things that just happened, but really should have been told to us before we arrived. We enjoyed the house other than those things

There were 13 adults. The home was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having two kitchens was an extra bonus. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The back porch areas were awesome with water views; so relaxing. I really would appreciate it if the host could contact me personally.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The cabin was so nice and the layout was perfect for a multi-generation family. Having two kitchens was ideal for our group. My whole family agreed that was the best vacation rental we had ever stayed in. Thanks so much for sharing this great cabin!

We have a large family from all around. Wanted a place for all of us to get together. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of beds, rooms for us all to spread out. Having an extra kitchen off the porch was awesome which is where we spent all our time. The view was beautiful and super close to Anglers where we put in our canoes/ kayaks everyday. Beds were amazingly comfortable too. We felt like there were just a few minor repairs needed. Dishwasher in large kitchen needed attention, upstairs shower door easily came off it's tracks and one of the fans on back porch was unusable as it made way too much noise. These were very minor and did not affect our stay in any way. Wish it was pet friendly though. We had a great time and made some amazing memories. Would definitely stay again as we so love the area. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Everyone 78 to 14 had a wonderful time at this location!!! We enjoyed the fire ring off the big back porch as well as the screened in porch for Mexican Train! Everyone was happy with his/her bed and we managed the showering quite well even with a large group! The decor was perfect! We used both kitchens and both ovens! We have never stayed in any rental that was as well stocked as this one!! There were plenty of plates and silverware, bowls, baking sheets, and muffin tins to feed our crowd! The washer and dryer were so helpful!! Overall a 10 from everyone, even though the score goes to 5!! The living room was too small for all or us, but there were plenty of places to go to break into smaller groups! Definitely a keeper!!!

Wish there were other rentals that were closer for other families. Nice to have all of us close together but we made it work.
