We had a completely flawless stay!
The location right next to open fields is priceless, ideal for relaxing, dog walks straight from the front door.
We especially want to highlight how exceptionally dog-friendly this place is:
Every single dog breed is genuinely welcome here, which unfortunately is no longer something you can take for granted these days.
Our room was also perfectly suited for dogs: thanks to the tiled floors, we didn't have to feel guilty at all when coming inside with wet paws on bad weather days.
The owners, Katy and Yves, are fantastic! Incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating beyond measure. You feel right at home from the very first moment.
Breakfast in the morning was wonderfully fresh and left nothing to be desired. Another absolute highlight is the attached restaurant: simply mind-blowing! It’s been a long time since we've eaten this well.
In short: Everything about this place is spot on. We will definitely be back!

Quite rural, we were put into a little side room of the building.
Good shower
The biggest problem is the constant noise from the nearby motorway, and the occasional horrendous noise of a high speed train. Not too bad if the windows are closed, but…
The room was pretty basic, yet cost more than a better room in a hotel overlooking a beautiful square in Ypres.
Choice of pillows needed, one very soft one not enough.
Expensive breakfast…we didn’t bother.
