We have been coming to Lakeland Village for 8+ years for a week of skiing. I was concern when I saw the reviews this year, however, our condo was very clean, updated, and nicely furnished. We had some issues with the fireplace/heater. Maintenance was very responsive and resolved the problem promptly. This has always been a great resort for us because of the conveniences for skiers, free breakfast and shuttle service to Heavenly. A few years ago they cut out the breakfast and this year the shuttle is out. They have a city shuttle but our wait was 70 minutes! We have always liked this resort but won’t be back as it’s just not convenient for skiers anymore. If you’re just going to Tahoe to enjoy the area, this is a nice resort and close to restaurants and a grocery store. A short walk to the lake too.

It was nice. Loved the location near the beach, easy walk. Amenities were on point. Cost for the unit was pricey, overall happy with my stay.

The siding construction is ongoing and so unfortunately we couldn't use the balcony. Without the balcony, the space was tight and small for the 3 of us. It would be very tight for 4 people. The oven needs to be checked as it made some weird noises when in use. Pro: lake is close by and that was lovely. Overall 3.5 stars. Would have been better without construction.

We could not even stay in this unit. The building smelled like an outhouse. There was garbage all over the hallways. There were construction materials all over the place and workers actually on our balcony throwing around construction equipment and looking in the unit. Had to turn around and drive home. Have been trying to get resolution/refund from Vacasa for 20 hours now and have not received a call back from them, let alone a refund or any attempt to resolve the issue.

Great location and it was a comfy place. It needs better equipment in the kitchen and the owners really need to buy a new sofa bed. My kids couldn’t sleep there. It made so much noise and it was very uncomfortable.

Good location, good environment.

Clean second story one-BR condo in Lakeland Village with all amenities, near Stateline and Bijou Park. Pool and hot-tub onsite, a bit of traffic noise as Hwy 50 is adjacent. Reco the back pool near the beach for a bit more solitude. Nice beach onsite, easy walk. Did not use oven or stovetop in room. Gas fireplace pilot lit easily, but could not ignite burner, fan did not work. Nice little patio with chairs and table, view of parking lot with a peak of the lake. We would stay again!

This place is even better than the pictures. I would stay here again. Very clean. Easy process.

We had a great time here and rented this space so we could have access to the Lakeland village amenities. Super convenient to be able to go to the beach then back to the apartment for lunch. Ruby with the Vacasa team was welcoming and responsive to our requests.

It was a great location, close proximity to everything and just a short 2 minute walk to your own private beach which was very convenient. The place was clean and stocked with necessities. The only minor complaint would be that the pull out bed seemed to be on the outs. Our 8 and 10 year old slept fine but I wouldn’t recommend it for a teen or adult as it didn’t seem sturdy for more weight. Other than that, it was fantastic place to stay.

The unit location is within walking distance of the lake and plenty of restaurants and stores. However, the unit and the complex as a whole is dated and clearly hasn't been maintained at a high level. Felt overpriced for what you get. The Vacasa staff were very attentive and helpful.

All around great spot. Beach access and restaurants in walking distance. Only confusing part is that the check in office is in a different location than the housing location

Overall, this is a great property. It's just a short walk to the lake with a private beach. There are several pools and hot tubs on the property and the property is kept up nicely. The unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Some things to note - the property is in the Lodge building which was not clearly spelled out in the description or from the property manager. Thus, it's less like a traditional condo and more like an apartment building which does come with a herd of elephants staying above you. Your ceiling is their floor so there is noise from that, The Lodge is located right off Hwy 50 so you do hear some road noise. Not objectionable but know it's there. The unit is very nice and very comfortable. The only recommendation I would offer is to have more kitchen supplies. There were no glasses larger than a highball glass and only 4 forks, 4 spoons etc. So, that meant a lot of small dishwashing rather than one larger load had there been more utensils. Also, it's not clearly called out in the description and may be my own misinterpretation. The listing has a washer / dryer listed among the amenities. On past rentals, that has always meant it's in the unit. In this case, it's a shared "laundromat" style situation in the basement of the Lodge. So, if you want to do laundry one must go there and wait on your laundry. It is a quarter / debit card situation for the machines.
It sounds like I'm down on this unit. I'm really not. We enjoyed it and enjoyed ourselves. Just wish the listing had been a bit more clear on location, washer / dryer and that the kitchen was a little better equipped.
We would definitely stay in this unit again!

This unit is nice, it gets the job done. The best part was access to the private beach for Lakeland Village guests. It's only a 2 minute walk over - amazing!
It was difficult to find, since there weren't specific directions telling you that this unit is part of Lakeland Village.
The kitchen is a bit sparse, but it has the basics. It didn't have any cooking basics like olive oil, salt/pepper - nothing, so bring your own.
