Inquire for more details. Bahia 4301 is a nicely updated condo on the bayside near Baytowne Wharf of the very popular Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. The condo is an easy tram ride (FREE!) to the beach access point which is roughly 2.5 miles away on the South side of the resort. The kitchen is updated with modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and sleek appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer located in the unit for your convenience! In the dining area, the table can adequately sit 4 people with plenty of space. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV, and a large sofa that hides a sleeper mattress for an additional 2 guests. You have your own private balcony that has a pool view and peek-a-boo views of the bay. In the spacious bedroom, there is a comfy king size bed and a flat screen TV. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is an easy walk so you can experience fabulous restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly events during season. If you like to be in the heart of the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort, Bahia 4301 might just be your perfect getaway! All the condo/homes we offer are professionally managed and are fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Bahia was a great place. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space even with the sofa bed pulled out. We enjoyed the shaded balcony. Easy drive over to the beach with plenty of private parking. Pool was refreshing and just outside the front door. Parking in the garage was always available, though tight if in a truck or larger suv. Walking to the Baytowne Wharf area was easy and pleasant with the landscaped pathways. Fun activities, deserts, shopping and restaurants there without having to drive anywhere else. Property was as described and looked just like the pictures. Gibson had a neat extra feature with free activities. You do have to call to book them, but was an easy process. We didn’t ride the tram, but saw it running regularly.

Honestly don’t waste your time with any of those over priced beach condos. Do yourself a favor and rent from a reputable VRBO or the like in San Destin like Gibson at Bahia. You’re literally right next to a small super walkable group of shopping eatery and entertainment options. And the prices aren’t outrageous. If you go to the beach you’re gonna be sat with your lovely 2x2 plot and an umbrella on some crowded beach you won’t even enjoy. Rent a car, park right under your property that’s so much more than a hotel room. Spacious living room for WFH types with plenty of connections anywhere you want to relax in your condo. Full size kitchen and lots of storage keeps your eating out costs low if you like and an in unit washer and dryer is a massive convenient addition in the event you need to do a quickly laundry load. The wifi speeds are in need of some attention only about 5Mbps down during any peak use and can be noticeably slow with multiple devices on the same network with the various QoS they have set up. The apartment featured dual sinks and everything you need to get yourself set up for a week of relaxation in Destin. You’re also equidistant to some really nice less crowded beach and upscale dining around 30A. A short 45 min drive from ECP airport and even shorter 35 min drive to VPS. The unit has access to some free activities that are included but primarily geared towards fans of golf, fishing, and small childrens activities so they are a little limited. Property was super clean and even ready a little earlier than expected. Contacts were all super professional and I would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was great. Gibson Beach Rentals made the entire process seamless. The communication through texts was nice to have. This unit was in a nice peaceful location within a very short walking distance to Baytowne Wharf. We really enjoyed the activities and restaurants around the area. The loaded pulled pork nachos at the Village Door were fantastic as well as the happy hour raw oysters at Hammerheads. The unit was clean and the balcony was nice for morning coffee. The xplorie package was awesome as well! I would definitely recommend to others and will look to book through Gibson Beach Rentals on our next trip.

Second time to stay at Bahia. Really like the location of this particular building. First time in this unit, and it didn't disappoint. The openness created with all the windows is very nice. The blinds do a great job of blocking the sun when needed. I prefer the Sandestin resort beachfront after Labor Day, which is when the crowd disappears. Not the greatest when it is peak season. However, Bahia has the shared pool directly in front and the Bawtowne side has wonderful walking/running paths. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gibson rentals did everything right in my opinion. Their prices ( like everyone else) are expensive but the value received was excellent.Our unit was clean well stocked and redecorated. We even stayed an extra day when it became available at a reduced rate.Happy to rent again from these people.

We stayed in this condo for one week at the end of July 2022. There were 2 adults and one teen, and we fit perfectly using the pull out sofa bed in the living room. This is a 3rd floor unit, just a few steps away from the pool. Bahia building is a short 5 minute walk to the activities and restaurants of Baytown Village. The best thing about this unit, besides the full kitchen and corner patio is the free daily activities. We took advantage of this perk and were able to play a free round of 18 holes at two of the top courses in Destin: Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay. Our teen also used the free pass We stayed in this condo for one week at the end of July 2022. There were 2 adults and one teen, and we fit perfectly using the pull out sofa bed in the living room. This is a 3rd floor unit, just a few steps away from the pool. Bahia building is a short 5 minute walk to the activities and restaurants of Baytown Wharf. The best thing about this unit, besides the full kitchen and corner patio is the free daily activities. We took advantage of this perk and were able to play a free round of 18 holes at two of the top courses in Destin: Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay. Our teen also used the free pass to zip line and rock climb in the Village of Baytown. Overall, a top notch facility and well maintained condo. We loved this condo unit. We especially liked the large picture window which lets in so much light into the unit. Made it seem bigger.
It’s an end unit on the 3rd floor. Felt very private.
We have stayed in Baytowne Wharf many times. This was out second time in the Bahia, but the first time In this particular unit. We hope to visit it again.
We like being able to walk around in Baytowne and being able to walk to places to eat without having to take our car.

There were pluses and minuses through out the stay. Overall I’ve rated the condo a 4 of 5 stars knowing the Destin market. This building/condo was just an “ok” experience in a nice / beautiful development with convenient shopping and restaurants if you want to walk or ride the tram. Nothing incredibly outstanding or awful—just nice. For an all in cost once fees are included, however, I would really liked to be able to say I LOVED the condo and will return, but probably not. This is due mostly because of the building’s location, garage situation, overgrown vegetation, trees, etc., around the condo’s balcony creating virtually no view except of the vegetation immediately surrounding the balcony. All-in-all, getting around, the crowds and access in and out was just more of a pain than I prefer while on vacation. Also note, Sandestin beach area in June 2021 was sooooo crowded, we only took the free tram to their beach area once. Afterwards we chose to load our stuff in the car and drive to the nearby state park beach in Santa Rosa when we wanted to go to the beach. In the future, we will go else —along 30A for a more relaxing experience.
