This gorgeous cabin, nestled on the mountainside, was originally built using timbers from a 100 year old cotton mill reclaimed from a nearby town. It is Non-Smoking, Pet Free and located minutes from DeSoto State Park Country Store and about 5 miles from downtown Mentone. Be among the tree tops as you enjoy a soak in the sparkling hot tub. (The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled with new water after each guest.) The kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully remodeled while maintaining much of the original cabinetry. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen with sleek new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Begin your day in a custom walk-in shower with natural slate tiles and river rock, a rain shower head, and frameless glass shower door surround. Cozy up next to a fire in the fire pit and admire the stars. Enjoy hiking, sightseeing, and exploring in nearby Historic Mentone, DeSoto State Park, DeSoto Falls, and Little River Canyon. The cabin, the drive, the hiking, the cozy vibes, the atmosphere was just amazing. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I hate that we couldn’t stay longer. She love every bit of it. I will be renting again in the summer months!! Thank you Nathan & Stacey!

The cabin is a well appointed space that is perfect for a couple's getaway. The kitchen has everything needed for serious meal prep. The bed is super comfortable. As the husband picking out a space for a surprise trip, a response from my wife when we walked in of "You did really good on this one" should explain everything.

We recently stayed here for two nights and we loved it! It is such a quaint fully renovated cabin! The decor was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was cozy and the bathrobes were nice extras. The hot tub was warm and easy to use. It was just a great getaway. We drove to Mentone, which is absolutely adorable. We also visited Fort Payne. Both towns were right down the mountain. We totally recommend this cabin!

Best location for a private getaway in the mountains. Price was great. Cabin felt like home and had everything you could possibly need! Hot tub was perfect relaxation for just peace. Nathan was a great host and provided great food recommendation. Definitely will be back again!!

Look no further, this is the perfect cozy cabin to relax and recharge! The outdoor deck and beautiful view is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need and then some. Owner was very easy to work with and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. We loved our time here and will be back.

The property is immaculate and more than I expected! We are already planning a return get away. Perfect for the two of us. Love the deck and the privacy curtains- strongest jets on a hot tub I’ve ever used. We have enjoyed hiking the - the hot tub and rain shower were very nice to come back to.

Beautiful little cabin, everything we needed. Secluded and very clean and comfortable for our two person stay. For August in Alabama it was cooler weather under the tree tops. Reminds me of a tree house.

Easy to locate cabin. It was 10 mins from Desoto and about 20 mins to little river. The cabin was very beautiful and it was a much needed mental break for me. Thank you to the owner for sharing their haven.

We loved our stay in Mentone at this adorable cabin. It was comfortably appointed with everything you could need. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of high-quality linens, and there were thoughtful touches throughout. Nathan was very communicative with direction, instructions, and even restaurant recommendations. It was a perfect place to relax and get away, without roughing it!
