My family and I really enjoyed this place. Very smooth booking transition, cleanliness and stunning views!! Definitely would recommend this place!!

The views, location, and easy check-in get 5-stars. Everything worked out fine for us because of information we got from reading all the reviews after booking. We brought cooking utensils for the kitchen, extra blankets, and extra towels for the hot tub. One large blanket was needed to cover a bedroom window that had no blinds or curtains and people in the adjacent cabin could watch you sleeping from their balcony. The towel rack was broken off the wall and missing in the downstairs bathroom. The light over the kitchen sink did not work and the only light in the kitchen area was a small fluorescent add-on light between the stove and microwave, since the one on the microwave did not work. The only overhead light was in the middle of the upstairs kitchen-living area which made the kitchen very dark. Most of these issues were on previous reviews so there would have been enough time to have them fixed before our week that was probably the most expensive week of the year. It would be much easier to overlook these needed improvements at the normal prices, such as for the week following ours. We paid the most we have ever paid per night for anywhere in the world we have traveled so we did expect more than if we had been paying 1/6th that for the following week.

It was a very nice cabin. We had plenty of room. It was the perfect distance to Gatlinburg that I wanted and not to high up the mountain. But…. The upstairs bathroom tub does not function as a tub and the sink was leaking. They did however come fix the sink. The upstairs stayed so hot and the downstairs stayed freezing. The upstairs needs more lights esp in the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom with the double bed needs a blind on the window. The neighbors porch light shined in the window every night but one maybe.

Cabin was everything promised & more! Exactly like pictures only view even prettier ! We all loved the hot tub & got in it every night! High ceilings with windows made cabin seem even bigger!! Super clean, super check-in. Huge tvs that worked great. Also very nice fireplace in family room we loved. Very quiet neighborhood that had quiet time from 10:00pm to 6:00am! We used deck grill to cook, cause cabin so cozy my family didn’t want to leave it to eat out. We are going to stay in this cabin again next year!

We had a great stay. Very close to all the attractions with only a short drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great views good location , But , kitchen lacking essentials, no pot holders no cutting board no clean sponge , one small working lite in kitchen, three others not working very dark kitchen area. Second bedroom didn't have any blinds on the only window, facing neighbor. Doors and windows cloudy blocking that wonderful views

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The view was incredible with the leaves changing.. sunrise was visible over the mountains. We enjoyed our coffee every morning with the most beautiful scenery. Definitely loved waking up to that every day! The cabin was very clean and perfect for our family.

Our stay was short, we just stopped in for one night on our way down to North Carolina for a wedding. This cabin served our needs wonderfully and was a beautiful pit stop. I wish we could have stayed another night. The check in/out process was simple and easy. The view was amazing. I put 4 stars for cleanliness only because with an almost 2 yr old we slide down the stairs on our butts and I noticed the stairs/walls could use some attention but that's probably not most peoples typical perspective. Overall the house was clean and well kept.

Rented the cabin on a days notice and stayed three days. Great location not that difficult to find and is located very close to a lot of attractions!

My younger children loved it there so much that they didn't want to leave to go exploring the area, and when we did they was excited to get back. It was clean and up to date. We would definitely stay there again, and are already planning our next vacation, and are planning to stay here again.

Very Clean and Nice Place

We chose the property by filtering near Gatlinburg, mountain view, sleeps 6, cabin. I hoped that it was truly as accurate as the pictures, and it really was. The views are stunning. I was suprised it was in a log home resort community. But once we were in our cabin, the way they are built makes it feel like you are alone on a mountaintop. Views of the mountain range, and beautiful trees below in the valley. Neighbors on both sides can be heard, and sounds from the pool below can be heard, but not seen. Privacy screening and natural foliage and trees, makes it where you do not see another sign of civilization, only natural beauty. Hot tub on balcony was wonderful, but jets not very strong. We had some raccoon visitors on the balcony. It was was a great location to be minutes away from the main strip, and also a great jumping off point for all the trails we wnated to drive to in the state park. I would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat! We were celebrating our daughter's graduation and had 4 teens with us. They enjoyed having the Wifi of course! But it was great that we hiked and spent most of our time outdoors. My husband and I's favorite was coffee on the balcony. There are 2 fold out couches on the main level, open to kitchen area and a balcony with gorgeous views, and a full bath. You go down a set of pretty steep stairs to the lower level where there is another full bath, 2 very small bedrooms, and washer/dryer closet, and hallway out to 2nd balcony with hot tub. Views are still amazing from lower level. My husba d and i enjoyed having to do a little work on the balcony with our laptops, while enjoying the view. If you are someone that cannot handle steps, this cabin would not work for you. We had plenty of room, and the stock of kitchen ware and towels was basic but adequate. Bring your own toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap. 3 dishwasher pods are provided. There is a Family Dollar and a Food City very close by. We brought a beach towel for each of us. No auto icemaker, but 3 trays were plenty to keep the ice coming for our water bottles. Check in and check out totally a breeze. Code for door will be sent the morning of check in. Absolutely LOVED this location and this cabin. The toilet paper holders and towel racks were all broken, but i informed the owner so Im sure it will be fixed. Finishes and furnishings were modern and clean, granite in kitchen. Parking is 4 steps from the front door. Owner is extremely nice, welcoming!

Very nice location, very clean and well managed. We as family really enjoyed stay here. My children love this place and want to come again. Very close to all attractions. Well maintained cabin. Beautiful view from the main area. Need some USB ports in case if some one forget to bring wall chargers. I would highly recommend.

My family and I decided to take a quick weekend getaway to the mountains. We could not have chosen a better location! The view was incredible! The cabin was extremely beautiful and well cleaned. The check in process was seamless and we truly enjoyed our first cabin trip. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a relaxing escape to book this cabin!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our anniversary trip. Perfect Mountain View. Located perfectly on the outside of town but not too far from all of the downtown fun. Easy check in and out. Only issue was that this was listed as a 2 bedroom and that is what was shown when we made the reservation. However the second room was closed off and could not be used. Which was fine but would of been nice to use to keep our bags and clothes, etc. But again, wasn’t a big deal.

My daughter and I loved our stay in the cabin. The Mountain View was amazing and the cabin was well-equipped. The hot tub was lovely too. Communication with the host was great and any issues or questions were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here again!

The rooms were small but your paying for the view! The view was amazing and the cabin was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice place. Bathroom sink downstairs and bedroom door handle need some repair work. We had lot of Centipedes in the bedrooms for most of the evening and the night. My wife and in-law didn’t appreciate that part. They were not initially there when we got there but they started coming in the house around 7PM. Not sure where they come in through but they were bothersome.
