About this house rental
Situated in Iowa, this attractive house for $258 per night is a great choice for your next break. This golf villa is approximately 7 miles or 15 minutes to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly. Creekwood Haven is designed with your comfort in mind. It’s a 2 bedroom, two full bath, split level golf villa with updates throughout. The open concept kitchen (with all new kitchen appliances), dining area and living room flows out to the deck, perfect for breakfast outdoors while enjoying the wooded views of the South Golf Course. Enjoy the complimentary coffee bar and relax by the wood burning fireplace in the living room (we supply the wood). Just off the deck is a gas grill for your use (we supply the propane). The main level bedroom with a super comfortable Queen size bed is just steps from a full bath and the laundry area. The cozy Master bedroom upstairs has vaulted ceilings and a Queen size bed with access to a private bathroom. Overlooking the living room and kitchen is the loft, the perfect sitting area with a sofa that converts to a queen size bed comfortably accommodating 2 more guests. After a busy day in the Galena area, Creekwood Haven is a quiet, relaxing place to come home to!! As our guest you will have access to the GTA Owners Club. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer). The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don’t forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is not flexible, we highly recommend the travel insurance offered at check out. **Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. This includes the address, access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check in details will cover this process.

My three sisters and I visited for the weekend. We enjoyed the location, the scenery was beautiful! The home was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a fire one night, and trips to downtown Galena were very accessible.

We stayed in Galena with another couple to enjoy the fall colors. This property was a great location for us and just the right space for two couples. The drive in the Galena Territories is really lovely and it was nice to be a few minutes outside the touristy town. We wish there had been a fire pit or even a hot tub - the weather was perfect for both! But we had a great time playing cards/games and stargazing. We even used the deck for happy hour since the weather allowed. The place is cute, updated, very clean and super comfortable. The communication with the hosts was very easy and clear. I would absolutely stay at this place again if we go back to the Galena area.

This is the first time that we stayed at this beautiful golf villa with another couple. We were truly a impressed at how comfortable it was and how totally clean it was. The furnishings are very tastefully done and although it’s a small villa, it doesn’t feel small at all. there is everything you might need for a short stay there. We will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Galena.

This villa was perfect for out weekend getaway. The place was so clean and they even had extra towels for us. They provide everything needed from toiletries to alot of wood for fireplace. Beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was a 10min drive, however, was nice to have indoor pool option as we had 1 rainy day. If you arrive after 4pm you can call security for the parking pass. Would 1000% stay here again.

We rented one unit thru the hotel, which was fine, and 2 thru another company. It was a family vacation. I have rarely worked with such a disorganized management company. After trying to reach the rental company, they final returned my call 2 days before our arrival, just to tell me they had sold the property we had put the money down on more than a year earlier

We didn't get to the property until late into the night, when it was dark. We were having difficulty finding the unit in the dark. We reached out to the owner and she immediately shared the phone number and she helped us find the correct unit and helped us get into the unit as well over the phone. Very responsive and patient with us.

Was beautiful and very, very clean. It had everything we needed. Directions said to briing bedding for the sofa bed and there was the necessary bedding there. So what we brought was a waste of time. It was recommended we bring paper goods. Again, not needed. Wifi was not good. Expected it to be closer to the owners club where the pool was. We had to drive there. The pool was very crowded. Not as close to Galena as I expected. Overall it was very comfortable.

Family 4th of July get together
We had 20 members of our family for the 4th of July get together in Galena. Two of us own places but we needed more beds, so we rented 32 Creekwood. It was perfect. We were very happy to have more refrigerator space.

The fireplace was a great treat on a cold winter get-a-way. We loved the quiet space. We really enjoyed the opportunity to go to the owners club. Our only surprise was the number of stairs to get to the property. IT would be good for others to know about the stairs if they have mobility issues.
