Our family of ten spent a week away at this amazing little place. I say little, but truly it’s a huge house! We all had our own room and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The kitchen allowed for full family dinners and gave enough space to cook a Thanksgiving meal for our mother’s birthday. The house is in the perfect spot between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, literally about ten minutes away from each. Everything is accessible and easy to get to quickly. The hosts were amazing and the checkout instructions were followed easily. I cannot rave anymore about this place and we will definitely do our best to book this place every year when we go back for vacation.

Second time staying at Little Smoky's for good reason. Turn right for Pigeon Forge, left for Gatlinburg. House has plenty of beds and room, downstairs living room is nice and open. Fenced back yard helps with pets.

We did not stay here! We walked in the door and were hit with a wall of mold smell and damp humidity! We have attempted to resolve the issue with the property manager, and are waiting on them to provide results of their mold test. My wife has allergies and immune system issues and we can not stay in a house that is that damp and moldy smelling. The house needs a lot of work, the pictures looked bright and airy, but the house was dark and damp like a dungeon and we would not recommend it to anyone. We did not stay a single night in it, and found other accomodations for our stay.

This place was nice. Shower in Lower level was for smaller or shorter sized adults. I am 5'8'' and could use it just find if I bent my head to wash my hair; but anyone taller would have a problem. Clean and nice place. Can not change the AC at all. So, if we got cold we had to open a window. IF we got hot we had to run a fan. The Place was set to 70 but never said lower than 72 the whole time. That was okay we were only there to sleep. It had very modern fridge, dishwasher. The clothes washer and dryer were also very nice. Thankful they also had a hair dryer there; we forget one. Yes the place is older but it is nice. Someone before us damaged some furniture and they had it moved out of the way to a storage room. Very thankful for the covered car parking. We had three vehicles and all were able to park out of the hail storm we had one night. Be careful of the lower drive it has a rough bump that doesn't look rough and I bottomed out. IF you go real slow you don't have that problem. Also, if you rent this place bring a 10ft drop cord and power strip. some rooms have limited outlets.

We came on vacation with 2 full families and our mother. 12 people, 7 of them being kids, can make most places feel crowded. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out but it was homey enough for us to all be together! The location was perfect, right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, out of the city but not too far in he mountain either! Check in and out was so easy as well, which is nice when traveling with kids toddler to teenager! Thank you

My family and I came to the area for vacation and this house is in the PERFECT location. It is easy to get to any of the attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg in minutes! The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for all 10 of us! There are plenty of dishes and enough pots/baking trays etc and the outside grill and s nice. The only “con” I have is that there were NO basic spices - salt/pepper, etc. I’ve never been to a house where the spices left by previous owner users weren’t still left. To save some money, we cooked breakfast and 2-3 suppers at the house, but had to purchase things that I had taken for granted on previous trips. But that’s not a deal-breaker. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!!

We rented the complete house with 5 bedrooms and enjoyed the two living areas for some separation and alone space. We took dogs, poodles, which may not qualify as dogs to some. Anyway, enjoyed the house, fenced yard, and location. House is short on outlets but that's what extensions are for, no big deal. Wild Bear Water Park is 0.1 mile away, Gatlinburg to the south, Pigeon Forge to the north. Great stay for the whole family.

House was clean and spacious. Saw bears several times around the pear tree which was a treat. We had everything we needed and location was great.
