Overall, the house met our needs. Did not realize the half bathroom was in the basement in a relatively unfinished basement. We did not use the Murphy bed as he did not care for the location. I would stay there again, however not with the size of group I had.

The host was awesome to work with. The property was very nicely updated, clean, and well stocked. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing was that 2 bathrooms were advertised. And while there were 2, 1 was in the basement, way back in the corner. It also was a very cold weekend and there was not any heat in the basement bathroom. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

The Cozy Cottage was exactly that! We were so pleasantly surprised to find it decorated for Christmas-so welcoming for our family visit! The house had everything we needed and Paul was so accommodating when our trip was cut short due to an ice storm. His maintenance team did a wonderful job of clearing the driveway/sidewalk/entry so we could access the cottage safely. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Cozy Cottage!
