About this house rental

This beautiful and secluded 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home which is wheelchair friendly, with a private fishing pond features a large, open concept living room with high ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and direct access to the deck. Our large dining table right near the open concept kitchen is big enough for 8 people. The large kitchen island provides additional seating space. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of pots and pans, serving wear, dishes, etc. for preparing and serving large family meals. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a crib (wheelchair accessible). Bedroom#2 on the main level is ideal for any guests but especially for kids. There's plenty of room to play and sleep with 1 bunk bed-Full over Full, a full-size day bed with a twin trundle and a twin day bed (wheelchair accessible). Bedroom#3 on lower level has a queen bed and a twin bed as well as a portable crib. Bedroom#4 on lower level has a queen bed. Our game room has a pool table and Air Hockey table as well as a futon and an extra full-size refrigerator. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.

Great stay & even better host. The house is spacious & had plenty of room for all. House had everything we needed & more (kitchen items, firewood, bedding, etc).
The host is very responsive! Check out process is wonderful VERY simple! Would absolutely stay again.

We took our whole family- kids and spouses, 5 grandkids and 2 grand dogs for the long Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to pull off the Thanksgiving dinner. The grandkids loved being all together in the bunkroom. The living room/ kitchen areawas plenty big enough for all of us to be comfortable. Property is beautiful and secluded and quiet. The adults loved relaxing in the hot tub after the kids were in bed. We highly recommend this property especially for families.

Clean and super organized. Everything you can think of is supplied in the kitchen. Some of the mattresses need to be updated though. Our friends and family had a great time!

Thoughtfully well-appointed, comfortable home, close to skiiing! Had everything you need to cook meals and spend time with family - including a fun kids’ room! Spent some time by the fire, enjoyed the game room. Secluded, wooded setting was nice for walks and watching the snow fall!

The pool table was a major disappointment. It has a huge rip in the felt, right in the middle of the table, which made playing pretty much impossible. There were a few minor things that were broken (a door handle downstairs and a dining room chair) but nothing that hampered our reason for being there
Other than that, the house was perfect for our group to party in. Plenty of space. Plenty of beds. The kitchen was well stocked and was put to use. The deck was big enough to play cornhole on and still congregate.

Spacious home with lots to do! Our reunion with 3 couples & 6 kids enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous, well equipped kitchen, spreading out in the game room, and walking to the pond. The pool & hot tub were great perks for all of us. The deck was the perfect spot for us adults to look out over the kids in the pool & the yard. Thank you for having us! Spacious home with lots to do! Our reunion with 3 couples & 6 kids enjoyed cooking in the gorgeous, well equipped kitchen, spreading out in the game room, and walking to the pond. Family vacation
This house was a perfect fit for our shirt family getaway. With six adults and four children it was the perfect size. Location couldn't have been better, only 20 minutes from two state parks for hikes and picnics. The pond on site offered much entertainment for the children and even caught a fish. Plus we found a duck with eggs on the property. Management couldn't have been better to communicate with and was very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

There was enough space for everyone and we had a good time. The one complaint we had was that the hot tub had been drained, cleaned and refilled right before our stay but the water temp never went back up to where it should have been and was way to cold to use. We weren’t able to use it during our stay. Besides that we had a nice stay and enjoyed catching up with friends and family. We enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend to others!

Our trip to the Pocono Mountains would not have been the same without this property! Great location with lots of things to do! We had a blast !!!! The listing was accurate and Natalie is the owner and a very nice lady ! We had no problems the week we were there and I miss it already. This was a last minute trip with few friends. We stayed at another home hosted by Natalie and we had great experience at that home so decided to go through Natalie again but another home. The home is very private, very clean, comfortable. Natalie was great as usual. This home has basically everything you need. Game room and hot tub were a huge plus and fire pit was great when we were enjoying cold nights outdoors. We would like to come back in the summer when the pool is open. Thank you Natalie for another great getaway.

This was a last minute trip with few friends. We stayed at another home hosted by Natalie and we had great experience at that home so decided to go through Natalie again but another home. The home is very private, very clean, comfortable. Natalie was great as usual. This home has basically everything you need. Game room and hot tub were a huge plus and fire pit was great when we were enjoying cold nights outdoors. We would like to come back in the summer when the pool is open. Wonderful weekend
Beautiful house. Nice and quiet area tucked away in the woods. Very peaceful getaway for my friends and I. The tenet before us unfortunately left a couple pots and pans dirty which we were not really bothered by but the owner immediately offered to bring us an entire new set of cookware. Everything else was very clean. Wonderful host who was always willing to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away.

The owners are lovely! The location is close to Camelback so that is convenient. My problem is the advertisement vs the reality. It is a WARN DOWN and TIRED house. The kitchen has the old and used versions of what is listed (except for the coffee maker)in the description. The shower is the smallest shower on the planet and the door has trouble closing. The hot tub inside was clean but everything around it is old and in desperate need of an update and scrubbing (even understanding that it is under an outside deck and it is not enclosed). If you will only use this house as a hub to sleep and with the understanding that it won’t EVER live up to the pictures on VRBO, then go for it! Otherwise, keep looking!

We had a great time at this property! The house was very clean. Great room was perfect for the whole family. Big table for playing board games. The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of new dishes, glassware etc. All you need to cook for a family. Spacious and beautiful counters and cabinets. The floors were recently replaced and were perfect for this home with high traffic from the snow outside upstairs and entering after the hot tub downstairs. Hot tub was great for our family of 4. We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the outdoors area. Our 2 boys enjoyed the game room downstairs. Takeout nearby. Close to Blue Mountain where our boys snowboarded. Would recommend this home for a winter Poconos stay!
