Sitting right across the street from the beach and in the heart of all of the action, you will have your own private oasis in the midst of the city. When you enter the home, you will be greeted by beachy decor, bright pastel paint in each room, and three levels to accommodate the whole family. When you need to grab a bit of fresh air, step out to the patio with a favorite drink in hand or the balcony to watch the sun go down. Plus, you can easily spend dreamy days by the shared pool as the kids play Marco polo nearby! The layout of this getaway is perfect for large groups of friends, as the first level is home to the open living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as a half bathroom. The second level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to the deck! Two additional bedrooms (queen bedroom and bunk bedroom) are also located on this level. The third level has the last bedroom with two queen beds and a back deck overlooking the Villas of Panama community pool (as well as a great view of the Gulf). What's nearby: There is nothing quite like a vacation to Panama City Beach, as you will have plenty of activities for every guest to enjoy. When you want to get a taste of sandy toes and warm water, the beach is right across the street, so you can easily bring a cup of coffee down to the sand each morning. If the kiddos have come along, local attractions such as Race City (two miles), ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory (two miles), and Gulf World (six-and-a-half miles) will be a hit. Be sure to check out St. Andrews State Park (three miles) for stunning views of the coast and calm trails that the whole family can enjoy. Loved staying here for a week. Was very clean and lots of room. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The space was perfect for our family. Very spacious, beds were comfortable, not too far to walk to the beach. My only complaints were the floors were dirty and there was no cable and that was listed in the amenities. Our socks were very dirty after just walking on the hardwood for a few minutes and the carpets were stained and dirty. Nothing you can do about that unless you clean them very good or just replace them. We spent the first night moping all the hardwood. After that our stay was great. Washer and dryer worked good and the air conditioning worked good. The third floor bedroom did get a little warmer but that’s to be expected as warm air rises unless you have a completely separate unit for that floor. No complaints other than the floors and cable.

The property was spacious and the grounds were very well kept. The pool was centrally located and easy to access. The house was equipped with everything for the beach and for house (appliances, kitchenware, beach chairs, etc). Couple of minor things such as the carpets could use some replacing and walls painted along with some new curtains. We did have a door knob fall off a back door and some of the siding on the house was coming off, but that’s part of living at the beach. Overall the place was nicely located and within walking distance to the beach.

Overall a nice place to stay. Beach was a short walk from the condo and the pool was very nice. A couple of the bathrooms had a few roaches spotted in them, both alive and dead, and the unit was reasonably clean.

This property needs a lot of work done to thr interior of the house and the appliances. The curtians were flithy, the dishes had not been clean, the dryer was broken and could have started a fire according to the maintenance man which I did not appreciate thrm placing me and my family in that kind of danger. This property has so many things that needs tending to, the good thing about this property was the location to the beach.

The owners missed nothing! This place is incredible! We were comfortable enough to stay in and cook several times. This location is so close to the beach we walked there several time and with lots of places to eat very near by as well! The linens and beds were super comfy and the smart tvs were awesome for hanging out inside. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to return again next year.

House was a short walk across from public beach and close enough to house that we could load up car and drop people and stuff off and then run car back to house and walk over when there was no parking spaces at beach. This house had beach chairs, ice chest and kid toys for our use which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was dirty and the pool was gross. After I called someone finally came and cleaned the pool. The doorknob on the door going out to the balcony fell off every time you touched it. We were supposed to get in at 4 but it wasn’t ready until 5:30. I will never go back to this place. The dishwasher was broken the whole time we were there.
