Nice accomodation. We appreciated the sharee kitchen.
A little mess on the room floor. Only 1 towel eventhough we have booked a room for 2 people.
5.0
Comfortable bed, clean room, ensuite shower and toilet, quick and easy bus journey from city centre. Free wifi.
Apart from towels nothing else was provided, not even a plastic cup or a waste bin.
Coffee machine in reception was out of order all the time I was there.
Water didn't drain from shower for about half an hour after use ( reported to reception). Given the price paid this was extremely poor value for money.

Not that much tbh
The room was not clean and a bit claustrophobic. Uncomfortable stay for the price paid.
The toilet flush was not working but they changed us room (after they said to wait one day for the plumber)

The location is good, 20min from the old town, and next to a tram stop to go to the airport
The floor of the room was disgusting! Very dusty! The room must be not more than 10m2, so cleaning the floor with a hoover must not be complicated! First when we arrive to check in, we arrived at 3pm as requested by the the venue! The receptionist who does the check in only arrives at 3pm so there was a queue of 20 people waiting for the same! After 45min queue, the receptionst gave us our key but she was not sure if our room has been cleaned or not yet but still she gave us the key! When we arrive in the room, there were used towels in the bathroom and the floor was very dusty, there was traces of use in the bathroom we just thought that the cleaner did not pass yet! We left our stuff in the cupboard and came back to the hotel at 8pm. When we came back, nothing had changed! I went to the receptionist to complain, also because we needed new towels for us! The receptionist said it was too late to ask for a cleaning, she gave us towels and ask to remove the used ones ourselves and said that she will ask the cleaner to do a deep cleaning of the room tomorrow! The day after, when we came back from a day of visiting... nothing has changed again, we had to go to the receptionist to complain and the receptionist took a hoover and went in our room to pass the hoover on the floor while we were in the room, first time I have seen that! So the place is not too bad, but they clearly have a problem with cleaning and that should be the bare minimum! Also, it is very hot in the room, we had to sleep with the window opened! There are no soap for hand or no soap for shower in the room, there are no water and glasses in the room, which I thought was mandatory, the wifi is king of a public wifi, there was a coffee machine at the reception but it was out of order! So this place is like being in a hostel but you have a private bathroom! Also, bed is way too small for 2 peoples, so it really felt like sleeping in a hostel! If you go for a weekend as a couple, I would find another place!

The room was very basic and uncomfortable. Had no fresh air and was really expensive.

Location was perfect.
check out 10am. Check in not a minute before 3pm and our room was still not ready. After 32hours travelling from Australia and we could not check in and told to go shopping because you could not tell us when our room would be ready, and staff literally shrugged their shoulders did not care. After 1.5hrs we returned and we’re told to go back to end of queue and wait for a second time to check in. Service and attitude of staff disappointing with no empathy that we had been travelling for 35hrs with no sleep. Yes I did get upset , I was exhausted. Cleanliness could be improved. Mould in bathroom . Pillows so flat you had to fold into quarters to feel like you had a pillow under your head.

for the price to have a bed and a private bathroom it’s perfect.
Bus stops close by, Haymarket station only 10min walk away not even!
Rooms are very small, not recommended for a relaxing holiday

Great position, helpful staff and there is the possibility to leave luggages at the reception
Not super clean and there is no trash bin in the rooms or toilet, which is very inconvenient

Just a few minutes walk from Haymarket Station in the heart of Edinburgh. The room was really good and there are shared kitchen and laundry facilities and also a communal room. The students who staff the house are very helpful and friendly.
I will definitely go back!

staff were great but the size of rooms and showers are no way appropriate for "serviced apartment" sector. student accomodation yes, normal accomodation NO.
it is a student accomodation which was not clear on booking.com so i was dissappointed the level of basicness and how small the rooms were. we actually checked out one day early, it was that uncomfortable.

Staff was super friendly, we could leave our bags there after check-out. Good location for exploring the city.
Quiet/soundproof rooms.
Bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Rooms are really small as well as the beds. No toilet brush in the bathroom. No AC - so the rooms got really hot, and the windows could not be opened properly.

the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - very springy in areas. but for the cost, didn’t bother us!

It is a student housing. We were paying for a room for 2 persons, but the bed was a queen size (1.5 person) there were no towels, no sanitary bucket in the toilet, not even a soap to wash your hands!!
The shower was full of mould.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There was a coffee machine always working in the reception and there were always receptionists running around. If there wasn't you can easily call them and they'll come to your aid 24/7. The stay was lovely with a communal room to play billiard and vending machines. 10/10 would recommend
