I rented this huge home for a large group. 20 of us stayed in this house and had plenty of room. The kitchen is very large, but it needs some repairs. Some of the cabinet doors are missing??? The main sink faucet leaked very bad. The main floor living room is small for a house this big., but it was okay. The house was not dirty - but it was def not spotless. Dusty furniture throughout the home was found. Ceiling fans were very dusty. Beds were very comfy!! Linens were clean. Bath towels.... VERY ROUGH! It felt like you were drying off with sandpaper. Bathrooms - This house has a lot of them!! One of the upstairs restroom could not be used because the tub was leaking so bad that it was flooding the floor below. One of the hot tubs did not work. Four of the arcade games did not work. The house is in a great location if you are wanting to get to downtown quick. We were in town for a conference at the Gatlinburg Convention Center and this house was very close. Gatlinburg Falls (Rental Company that manages this house) gave us a $700 refund for the trouble. I thought that was fair. We would love to stay in this house again next year if the repairs are made.

The property was easy to find and checking was a breeze. Guest services was very attentive. The pictures online do not adequately represent the true condition of the property. Per the welcome information we were asked to evaluate the property and let the company know of any issues upon check in. Per the checkin information they would provide starter paper products. 4 out of 9.5 bathrooms did not have toilet paper and no paper towels or kitchen towels were left in the rental. Drawers in up stairs rooms were broken. Wi-Fi was spotty and modem was located outside of the cabin where we found the cover off and the modem dangling in the wind. My husband reset the modem and replaced the cover hoping Wi-Fi issues would resolve. They did briefly then the storm came pretty much rendering Wi-Fi non existent( obviously not the fault of the rental). Hot tub exterior panels were laying on the deck. Interior air return cover was dangling and filter needed replacement. (Maintenance manager did come to rental in a timely manner to change the filter and brought TP and paper towels. He was very nice and helpful despite clearly being over worked and short handed). Kitchen cabinets were in rough shape and even missing an entire door. Sink faucet was barely hanging on and in desperate need of repair. For a place that sleeps 26 with two fridges and two ovens the cookware was severely lacking. Thankfully for our main meal we had it delivered and we left serving utensils to help stick the kitchen upon check out. Only 1 out of 2 coffee makers worked which made morning coffee for 15-20 people difficult. Mattresses were very uncomfortable but probably would have been ok if there weren’t huge dents in them from poor and broken supports underneath. One of the main arcade games that helped me choose this place was out of order. We were informed the day before checkin but it was a bummer. All the kids had a blast though. The theater room was lacking a bit(just recliners and sofas on tiered flooring) with just a tv and DVD player. I would have expected some surround sound maybe. The kids loved it though. The view was beautiful from the porches and the rocking chairs were super comfortable. Would have loved the cabin to be decorated for Christmas but not a deal breaker. The size of the cabin was awesome and worked for what we needed. Unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros on this one. If the issues could be resolved then I would definitely stay again. Location was great.
