Great spot for Long Beach Grand Prix less than 3 miles with bus service to race close by. 25 min to Disneyland, California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm. 30 minutes to LAX, OC Airport, Downtown LA or OC. Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. Large private driveway to accommodate as many as 4 cars off street parking. Large enclosed yard with bbque. Washer dryer, Kuerig coffee maker, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, Central A/C, and heat. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and 4th streets antique and retro row. We are a big fan of this home. The large open floor plan allowed our family to all be together. The home had everything we needed! The front yard is beautiful with a nice big porch to enjoy your drink of choice. The location is great and there are so many wonderful small businesses within walking distance. Adam was very attentive and answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and during. We will be back :)

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! It was clean, modern, and beautiful. Plus, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were very gracious and attentive. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Long Beach!

We had a fabulous stay! It was such a great location to everything - the beach, the grocery and the taco stand! So much fun! Great house - clean, sunny and spacious. . . and great host who made sure to check in that we were enjoying the stay !!! And the parking was so great to have!!!

We stayed here while attending a convention and it was an easy drive just 10 minutes from the Long Beach Arena. Very clean, updated home. Felt very safe. We liked the food across the street as well as the Breakfast Bar a block away. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Like others have said, it is on a busy road. Maybe earplugs or white noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. But I’d stay here again. Thank you Adam for a great stay!

We had (3) couples gather for the Long Beach Grand Prix and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the Host, Adam, was very communicative and had great ideas for meals close to the house. This house was an easy Uber to downtown Long Beach for the races.

Good sized family property, very light and bright. Well equipped for young children. Close to ammenities including supermarket within walking distance. Corner property on very busy road.

Overall, the house was immaculate and very clean. Very comfortable beds and spacious room to spread out. Good location for Long Beach convention center. He’s of getting in and out and check in process was wonderful.

Came to Long Beach for the first time for a long weekend with friends + infant. One of the nicest rental properties I've rented. Adam was very easy to communicate with and everything was seamless. We rented this house for a family Thanksgiving gathering. It feels like it was recently remodeled, it’s very modern, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving. The outdoor area is super and the landscape is really pretty. Lots of parking and convenient to walk to the beach, grab bikes or walk to grocery and restaurants.

We were thrilled with the location of the cottage in Long Beach while we were in the city for a long weekend. Well equipped property, very comfortable and within reach of the many great spots to eat out in the area.
We met the owner/property manager who could not have been friendlier and helpful getting us in, up and running.
Highly recommended for long or short stays and hope we can return soon.

This was a good fit for our family, enough room for all! Easy to get to in the city and close to many attractions within Long Beach. About 15 min walk to middle beach but easy walk with kids. Very pleased that had extras compared to other rentals, plenty of toilet paper, soap- both hand and for dishes, and even had spices and oils to use for cooking. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect, we walked 15 mins to the beach and even explored local shops and had some great food from just a walked away. Holy Mole fish tacos were delicious, and the taco shop across the street was great. Make sure to have cash in hand, taco shop and donuts are cash only.

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had. The house was super convenient to get to and parking was a huge plus! Home was clean and lots of room with all the amenities we could possibly need. Adam was great, very easy to contact and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

Wonderful Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and well decorated. They had just what we needed in the kitchen but there’s so much great food within walking distance that we did not end up cooking too often. Location is close to the beach, restaurants and downtown, and just a short drive to Disney. 4th is a busy street but that did not bother us at all, our dog loved sitting on the porch and people watching. Adam was a fantastic host, very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
