Worth the money, good location

The location is perfect. The place is clean. The staff are very nice.

It’s on the fourth floor with stairs no elevator. If you have a big luggage, i may not recommend this place or you can store it somewhere at luggage storage service or at the train station.

The best place to stay. Very cheap, clean and all the staffs are very welcoming and accommodating.

Superb!!!! The best place... very close to everything and everywhere.

Gute Unterkunft für ein bis zwei Nächte

Wir konnten nach dem Checkout unser Gepäck ohne Aufpreis deponieren und auch noch die anderen Räumlichkeiten benutzen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum, nur über die Strasse vom Bahnhof.

Dass die Unterkunft im Vierten Stock ohne Lift ist und es vom Pub an der Ecke noch lange laut war, trotz vierter Stock gut hörbar.

Bellissima vacanza

Host gentilissimo e accogliente ci ha mostrato ogni particolare della città. La nostra camera piccola, ma accogliente. L’ostello si trova a pochi minuti dal capolinea dell’airlink 100, il pullman che in mezz’ora collega l’aeroporto di Edimburgo al centro della città

Geweldige ligging, geschikt voor kort verblijf

Mooie gezamenlijke keuken, gratis thee en koffie, ruime (gedeelde) badkamer, vriendelijk personeel.

(Te) klein tweepersoonsbed, koude kamer en een vrijwel defecte radiator, veel trappen.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado en Edinburgo, cerca de todo caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias, con taquillas bastante grandes por cada cama, muy limpio. Los espacios comunes también están muy limpios y ordenados. Sin duda volvería.

Que el alojamiento no tiene ascensor y hay que subir el equipaje a mano por una escalera de caracol hasta la última planta. Sin embargo, el personal que está en recepción es super amable y ayuda a los alojados a subir y bajar las maletas.

Amazing location. Definitely will visit again.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, kitchen.

Hostel located at the top floor and there is no lift/elevator to access. Advisable not to carry big luggage. The bathroom is shared with man.

Good stay

Good localisation : in city center, in front of the train station. Nice staffs. Good small kitchen. Plugs on each bed. Medium iindividual locker on the room.

No laudry facilities in the hostel. Poor wifi connection for uploaded pictures in Facebook (Ok for internet search)

It would be great if the staff have service with big heavy luggage

Location is great, hostel clean and comfort

Suggest staff arrange a service, which help to bring up and down the luggage. There is no lift and the hostel on the top floor.

Excellent place and location

The location and the kitchen place.

Thé breakfast isn’t the best. They gave us a voucher which you can use at the cafe downstairs and they didn’t describe exactly where the place for breakfast is so we had to go up and down from the too floor to the others.

Overall value for money and easy access which mean a lot to me as tourist.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambience in the dining room, 2 minutes walk from the tube station. I didn’t eat, so I couldn’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! The staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of the city, so you can walk to everything.. Clean hotel. The beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. I will come again!

Very good

The staff was wonderful, everything was very clean and our room was lovely. The hostel is located in one of the most centric streets of Edinburgh.

It was a 4th floor by stairs only, and no one had warned us.

Excellent if it weren't so cold

Friendlly staff, very clean, may be the cleanesst hostel ever. Nicely decorated in the lounge, very organized kitchen.

The only thing I didnt like was the temperature. For me, it was very chilly and it was unpleasant to wake up in the morning being cold.

Great location in the centre and few steps from the shop and station, friendly staff, everything clean, I stayed here for the second time and definitely stay here again if I travel to Edinburgh in the future.

Disappointing

To be honest i don't like the staff behaviour interestingly i paid the room and staff came to me and ur paid didnt transfer to us I said I can pay again also i offered cash he didnt accept that so many many times i tried to pay i dont know why the system didnt accept my card last time i tried finally accept so i didnt expect kind of this behaviour cause never happened before .. so that's why give less star

Met my expectations.

Excellent location - a minute's walk from Waverley station and walking distance from most major attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the air conditioning was very good, the wi-fi was pretty good, and everything was nice and clean. Great authentic Scottish breakfast as well!

You have to go up three flights of stairs to get to the hostel, which could be a problem for travellers with heavy bags, although there is a handrail to make it easier.
